New Ardent Defender talent in Paladin Protection 3.2

Has anyone else seen the changes for Ardent Defender and gotten the idea that Paladins are going to be a little bit over-balanced in 3.2?
Currently, Ardent Defender reduces damage taken by 30% when the Paladin is below 35% health. A nice talent, not exactly game breaking, might save the Paladin once in a while for sure, however.
It will be changed so that any attack that brings the Paladin below 35% life will have its damage reduced. Okay, I can see this, instead of being situationally useful where no tank wants to be below 35% life for any extended period of time it now will definitely always mitigate damage when brought to low life, kind of like a beefed up Blood Drain enchant.
However, the talent will also provide for any attack that would otherwise have killed the Paladin to fail to kill them once every 2 minutes and instead restore them to 10/20/30% health.
This seems a bit much. A free Guardian Spirit, in effect, every 2 minutes? You take a spike of damage, something happens, whatever, and your entire raid gets a second chance every 2 minutes without wiping? Granted, 30% life will not make or break a situation, but if you're at below ~10k life and take a swing that will kill you, it will instead take you to ~13-15k life (most (all) tanks in Uld have 40k+ life). This will give your healers an extra 1-2 or 3 or more seconds to save you.
I'm not even going to go into the implications for this on certain fights like Mimiron.
What do you all think? Paladins' Protection tree seems to be getting some nice changes, we're getting some attack power.
I'd like to see something interesting for Warriors. Our tanking tree has not seen much change in a long time. While this points to good design in the first case, I think we would all like to see some improvements compared to Paladins/DKs. I don't see Druid tanks any more for the most part; perhaps they need some love more than any of us - although Druids certainly have plenty of amazing specs to fulfill any role in the game and excel at it.

Warriors were already the worst tanks out there(you wouldnt take a warrior to tank OS3d pré3.1 f.ex. and ofcourse worst healthscaling of every tank) and now they decide to buff paladins even further.
Though this is old news, has been a treat about it on the official forums for over 2 weeks.
