Try tracerouting to the wow logon server and see if you can make it to their boundary router.
Start -> run
type in "cmd" without the quotes and hit enter. This will pull up a command terminal.
From this window type "tracert us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com" again without the quotes and hit enter.
You'll see something like this:
Tracing route to us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com
over a maximum of 30 hops:

19 * * * Request timed out.
20 * * * Request timed out.
It
WILL
time out at the end. This is the boundery to WoW's server cluster, and you can't trace route past it. What you're looking for is if there is any sort of timeout occurring
before
you get to AT&T's servers (those would be the ones ending in att.net and attens.net), or if you get the error "Destination host unreachable"
This will tell you if you can actually navigate to the logon server or not. If it returns something similar to my example then your problem is either a port forwarding issue (make sure that TCP Ports 3724, 6112, and 6881-6999 are open), or a bandwidth issue (your connection is timing out and thus the WoW server disconnects you).
Hope that helps.
