I can't comment on prot pvp (as a spec, I've pvp'd in my raid tanking spec and gear).
It's hard to miss on PvE ret, just get nearly every talent in the ret tree and divine strength and you can put the rest in whatever you like.
Your PvP ret spec makes no sense to me. Why would you put so many points in holy and then skip sheath of light? Why would you pvp without guardian's favor and stoicism? Why would you get seals of the pure when you spec'd into command? Swift retribution is a raid utility talent, you gain little benefit from it yourself. Sanctified wrath is amazing in pvp.
I would use this for pvp

Your PvP prot spec is lacking. Chances are, you're going to be using Ret aura anyway, unless you're arena'ing with a Ret Pally, so take three points out of Improved Devotion Aura, and shove them back into Ardent Defender where they're supposed to be. 10% extra health is much better than a few % of extra mitigation.
Reckoning has fairly poor uptime and only applies to white damage (and associated SoB/M damage). Better to drop points out of Prot and put them into Crusade and Pursuit of Justice.
Come 3.2, Seal of Command will be the
PvE
PvP spec. SoV might not even make it into a Ret spec, since it's been confirmed that the 15% bonus from Seals of the Pure doesn't apply to the 33% damage proc.

Firstly, it was more a criticism of Improved Devotion Aura, at the expense of better talents like Ardent Defender.
Secondly - you can use Devotion Aura if it suits your playing style. But I would be suggesting that it's not as useful as being able to churn out more damage. The additional armor suffers from diminishing returns. The damage from Retribution Aura is Holy and can't be mitigated. In PvP, you want as much burst as possible as a Paladin, and Devotion Aura isn't going to give you that.
Thirdly - Spending the two talent points on Anticipation gives you a flat 2% dodge rate. Unless the additional armor (being 610 * 34% = 210) can give you an extra 2% mitigation, it's not as good.

2% in dodge/parry is the same as in PvE - in small amounts, you barely notice it, but you never notice the dodge that saves your life.
2 points in Improved Devotion Aura is better for the 4% healing it provides, since you're not likely to be called upon for healing duties.
Then again - are you playing Prot as an indestructible tank, or as a Prot burst? If you're gearing with defence rating/avoidance stats, then you *should* be putting points in dodge and parry.

That PvE spec is good for soloing/running heroics, aka doing stuff where specs do not matter.
However, if you want to perform in raids, clickity click on the link in my signature. Divinity for awesome JoL heals (untill 3.2), Divine Gurardian for raid-wide shield wall.

This should be what your pvp prot spec should look like.
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#sZVGdhrzghsIufdVfMobc:MRLc
(glyphs included)
I'm running prot pvp atm and the above spec is the one i use, reckoning is immensly helpful for extra burst. Chain critting HotR is immensly helpful.
The glyph of ShotR means it costs a piddly 26 mana, when that can hit for upwards of 4K, and crit for over 8K its lovely :)
20 sec stuns, which have range means u can catch riders/interupt healers who are not even in melee range too, add into that AS and you can lock out a healer quite nicely for a short period (usually enough to burst em down if they are running w/o hots on) (oh and AS can crit upwards of 9K when glyphed ;) - happy pvping!
As for your last question, Divine sacirfice and divine guardian are used to make your healers love you for the 10+ seconds its active. You pop your immunity sheild and the hit Divine Sacrifice. Effectivly preventing ~40% raid dmg for 10+ secs (up to a ceiling of 150%xMax HP ?)
