Think with maxing out the processor and RAM options that Mac could run WoW at peak performance or at least to where I get more than 5 fps while in Dalaran/25-mans? It's quite frustrating to play on my current computer is why I ask.

The NVidia 9400M video is only marginally better than what you'd find in a laptop.
My Dell Inspiron 1501 (Dual Turion64) with an ATI X1100 runs ~10-15FPS in Dalaran, 30ish in most other places.
Also keep in mind, based on the
tech spechs
you'd need to purchase the model running the 320GB hard drive to get the 256MB video. Annoyingly, the website doesn't give a concise way to choose the better video.

Heh. I didn't see your post after I had posted mine earlier. I do know a bit about building a computer myself but haven't really dabbled too far into it. As it is currently, my computer handles pretty much everything but Northrend at a decent but playable framerate. I've maxed out all settings except the shadow detail and It runs fine except in Northrend raid instances, Dalaran and outside around Northrend itself.
Oddly enough normal dungeons don't affect it much which confuse me since raid instances are barely playable at around 3-5 fps. Maybe the amount of players in the given instances at a time do it or something, Idunno. Either way many thanks all that replied. I'll have to check out Dell and see what they have then.

I'd suggest an iMac. Even though they're quite costly, they run the game great.
Yeah I was thinking about that as well. Right now I'm thinking about either going for an iMac, Dell or building my own computer. Though I'd have to research a little more if it comes to building my own.
