I'm dual specced for resto/feral. I planned initially to go tank/heal, but now I'm thinking I want to go feral dps instead but still be able to tank. So I'm trying to come up with a feral build can do both tank and dps.
New/hybrid:

glyphs: frenzied regen, maul, shred
Old/tank:

what do you guys think?

the build you outlined looks like it would do just fine to me. however.. there are some suggestions i'd like to make
take out the points in thick hide. since you've got the option of going as dps in your guilds raids, im going to assume that you're the off-tank. this minor loss in armor isnt going to kill you when you're off tanking.
put 1 point into maximizing primal fury, the guaranteed double combo point on crit is invaluable in our kitty dps.
put the other two into either improved leader of the pack. if you've got a guaranteed feral in you raids, besides yourself, then you can choose to skip the talent, and put it in nurturing instincts to help healers keep you up during aoe, or, improved mangle, to help your bear threat.
hope this helped. :)

Well actually i don't know what role this druid is going to take on primarily. The guild I am in has doesn't have a set core group so there's different classes in the raid each week... I want to be able to do all 4 roles =o
I don't want to move out points of thick hide...that's probably really important if I have to MT... Should I move 1 from primal precision to primal fury? I think as long as I'm hit capped I shouldn't miss much and need that refunded energy portion of the talent.
There are no feral druids in the guild atm though, thats for sure... is it that important to have improved leader though?

by all 4, im assuming you mean caster dps, melee dps, heals, and tanking. if you're going to switch roles from week to week, expect to be respeccing that often as well. dual spec can only cover 3 at a time.

Unless you're going tank-only spec, i still think thick hide points would be better off elsewhere. dont take the point out of primal precision.

to learn a bit about expertise. 5 free expertise which equals 40 expertise rating, and works differently than hit rating.

oh, opps. I meant all 3 roles as in tank/dps/heal. DPS is going to be feral.
mehunes, infected wounds slow bosses attack speed, so it helps you take less damage, atleast thats what I hear. I have a DK tank and use imp icy touch to do the same. Though on the DK its only 6% slower attack speed where as infected wounds stacks 2 times for 20% slower attack speed, which sounds like a big help
This is tough... I hate how there is all these sacrifices to make! =[
It looks like alot of these builds have 2 mark/3 furor in resto tree...I kinda like 5 furor to always have the 10 rage so I can turn bear and charge right away...and then theres all those other trade offs as well...

damn...it doesn't feel right leaving out thick hide.... ><
ignis, do you tank often with that build? like MT bosses?

whoops haven't replied in a while,... but yes i MT often with that... thick hide is not enough of an armor loss at my gear lvl for it to hurt real bad

Believe me, when you will be tanking Vezax or Algalon, those 10% armor
WILL
make a difference. Or any other hard mode in Ulduar for that matter.
I have done 10 man
I love the smell of Saronite in the morning
. When I had to tank both Vezax and his Saronite Animus and Vezax went into Surge of Darkness, I popped Survival Instincts + Frenzied Regeneration. I have the SI and FR glyphs for that role. I also have Improved Demoralizing Roar for 575 AP reduction on them. I was constantly above 50% dodge with my Monarch Crab activated and yet I was noticing my health denting from 70000 to 30000 in a matter of split seconds. I was also using an armor potion. Armor DOES matter.

*shrug* i didn't say i MT'd hard modes, as ive been afk from wow for a few weeks and atm my guild has a smaller core of more dedicated raiders and we are only working on 10m Uld... we are so tank heavy i mainly dps as of late... my main point was that i have and can MT well with that spec...
