well, ehm.. those are addons, not macros :P
omen helps with tanking by telling you on which targets you can slack, which not, who to throw vigilance on, etc.
you can get event alert - that tells you when stuff like sword and board procs.. not really needed, but nice to have.
as far as macros go, i pretty much only use a charge focus macro, so that i can heroic throw one of the targets and charge another.
(i think that would be /cast charge )
other stuff you can macro is trinkets with other abilities, or weird stuff like casting heroic strike and devistate at the same time as other abilities, really depends on how much of a button masher you are though.
a lot of people use mousover macros, never tried them yet, but they sound good..
but then again - im fury main specc ;)

If I sound like an elitist or anything, forgive me, I am not, but ... macros are not needed or required to help you perform better at your class. Yeah, they are nice if you wanna switch a fishing pole around quick but to help you tank or DPS ... please.
Addons I use to tank:
DBM, MSBT, Sunnviewport, Omen, Skinner, Grid. Bartender, Chatter ... if that addon really counts >.<

I'm sorry, but that's exactly what macros do; help you perform better at your class. I'm not talking about Warlocks making CastSequence macros so they can one button spam. Even something simple like adding /startattack to your shield slam, revenge, and devastate buttons help. Having your Devastate be a mouseover macro helps. Macroing Shield Block to Shield Slam so that it goes off every time it's off cooldown is good too (as long as you know those situations to take it off macro when you need to). Macroing a Raid Warning in with your Shield Wall was critical for our raid when we did the Iron Council hard mode in 25 man.
I think it is reasonable to say that, in general, a tank who does not use any macros is not performing optimally.
