Depends on what you are healing, i'd take the LB one for tanks and the Rejuv one for raid healing for example. That being said, there's another Rejuv idol that you can get for a few Venture coins that provides a slightly higher buff to rejuv than the Harold one :

As Celdhyrean said, it's situational. If you're tank healing, than the
Idol of Lush Moss
is the best choice; if you're raid healing, than the
Idol of Awakening
is the one to go with. Just depends what you're doing, really.
Does the
Idol of Flourishing Life
really exist? I have ran Ulduar ever weey since it came out, and have yet to see it drop from trash.
