I have a question, I am doing an average of 4k dps(as MM, i never raid as Surv) in Ulduar25 is that good for the gear i have?
Rõst - Nagrand EU
This is how I do it on bosses
I start of with Serpent Sting
then my shot priority is:
Kill Shot
Chimera Shot
Aimed Shot
Arcane Shot
Steady Shot
Ty in advance

Your gear is nice enough where I am surprised you aren't putting out more. Your talent build looks good imo. You are over hit capped, so I recommend getting a new twinket to replace that Sphere of Red Dragon's Blood (which shouldn't be to hard to do quickly). Darkmoon: Death would be a good BoE to do that immediately. The expertise on your ring is a wasted stat (which I am going to bet you know), though otherwise it is a nice ring.
Otherwise, without seeing how you are mixing your rapid fire and readiness into your rotation, that is all I have to offer.

Ya still searching/waiting for a replacement for the rigna and trinket. But my luck is against me. And I am out of money.
I usally pop rapid fire when i have highest AP. and refresh it after it runs out with Readiness so i get 20(?) seconds of fast shooting ^^

I personally do something like the following at the very beginning of the fight (Hunter's Mark already on target):
Serpent Sting
Aimed Shot
Chimera Shot
Arcane Shot
Rapid Fire
Readiness
Chimera Shot
Aimed Shot
Arcane Shot
That allows your readiness and rapid fire to start their cooldown at the very beginning (Increasing the number of uses of it during the fight). Also, if your tank isn't holding agg for whatever reason, that can allow you to misdirect twice in the start of the fight.
Once you are past this point, do the rotation you are used to, then when readiness/rapid fire are off cooldown, do it again.
As far as twinket goes, the pvp/wg ones will be better for you then that one (and those are free :P )

Also, a big factor in dps is raid composition / buffs. If you're a rogue / warlock heavy raid with 5 priest healers, (I was in one recently) there wont be a ton of buffs to go around. So that's something to definitely take into consideration.
Also, I strongly agree with misinformed about firing Rapid Fire and Readiness right off the bat. On a lot of fights, this is where groups call for Heroism, so they'll be up for that. Also, they'll be off cooldown relatively soon and you can save them for a burn phase later on, or if your group calls for heroism on the last, say 15% of a boss they'll be ready.
