Make sure on those first AN fights that the DPS is completely focused on the mobs that drop aggro (Skirmishers).
Stay near the healer.
It's tempting to go further into the room, but staying bunched up really helps there.

What type of healer was this? Regardless, 10% crit? Is that even possible at level 80? I'm pretty sure I have more than that even naked. >_>
Regardless, my first heroic was AN, on my Disc Priest with my buddy on his Protadin. We walked through our very first heroic without one death.
After a few more heroics, we came back to AN, and wiped about 6 or 7 times on the very first pull -- after we'd gone and gotten even better gear than we'd had before. We ended up crediting our very first success as both us being very much on our toes for our first heroic... and a LOT of good luck. XD
AN is just a rough ride in that first room. No matter what gear you have, if you don't have a good game plan going in, you WILL wipe, and you WILL wipe HARD. XD
Furthermore, that healer was bad. That's all there is to it. Assuming you were defense capped, he just wasn't geared enough -- or was just really bad -- and was probably the cause of your wipes.

druids have a little crit, but they got nice boose through tallents, like +25% crit to nourish or regrowth, its not paladin for +30% crit or priest

Also- I didn't think marking was really necessary anymore, since you don't really need to be cc'ing? Your dps should be assisting you, not dpsing whatever target they feel like. I've seen marks used when adds need to die first before bosses, but not on trash pulls.
A lot of times marks are used for kill order for some trash that needs to be burned down fast, like the skirmishers.
^ this. It's not to mark what needs CC'd, but to really help the DPS know where to go after killing the initial target -- as in, kill order. Instead of having to look to what the tank is targeting, they can just move to the next target within a moment, and have very little DPS loss.

As DPS, I just tab my way round until I find the mob with the highest aggro, and then I know what the tank is targeting. In the meantime, I'll still spam my CDs - the occasional hit or two isn't going to break aggro.
As tank, I generally don't mark, because I expect my DPS to be moderately intelligent (tall order, I know), and I back myself to be able to take aggro back if one or two people are dumb enough to steal it in the first place - AS (if it's off cooldown), ShoR, HotR, and business is back to normal.
In terms of healers - 10% on a paper doll is very different to what they'll actually get. For example, pally healers, with bonus crit to Holy Shock/Holy Light, Holy spells generally, may not show more than 10% base crit. But their HL will still hit for 20+%.
Just a thought, is all.
Edit: I know it's not our role, but it the healer is having trouble finding the time to get rid of the poison, then you can probably spare a GCD to do it yourself occasionally. Just drop a Judgement or a HotR out of the rotation if necessary. You can agree on this beforehand, if your healer is struggling, but I wouldn't make it modus operandi.
