Very specific addon request

Alright, I have a very specific desire for my UI, but only really for my character portrait/health plate. Here goes...
I use X-Perl, and it is great. But I'd like to make my character name plate more unique.
* I want the health/energy (or Rage, mana Runic Power) to be able to be texturized like X-Perl makes it. with the full list of textures.
* I want to be able to use an elite-Frame type addon to give myself a rare-elite, rare, or elite dragon frame around my character.
* I want to have the health value displayed, and the % amount off to the side of the bar, like X-Perl does.
* I want the HP bar to change from Green to Red as health is lost, as many addons can do.
* I want a 3-D, animated character portrait in the panel, just like X-Perl has.
* And lastly, I'd like all that to go into/around the defaul circle Blizzard UI character panel. There in-lies the difficulty.
As a side note, I RP, and I use MyRoleplay. I know it can alter how the default character frame's name is displayed, but not on X-Perl. If this addon can also allow that to be modified, just for the flavor, I'd be all the more appreciative.
Thank you all for your time and effort in helping me with my request.

I've found that Shadowed Unit Frames suits perfectly for this. I also use it on a RP realm. Test it out and see if it fits your needs. :)

Shadowed doesn't appear to be any better than Pitbull or X-Perl in terms of what I'm aiming to do.
Basically, I've found an addon to place the values of HP/resource bars. Change colors, place % on the end, and do the elite frame.
I need an addon to 1)make the default Blizzard nameplate picture 3-D animated. And to texturize the default Blizzard nameplate.
Then I'm set.

Not sure about changing the texture though...

Aahhh, many, many thanks to you! Adapt seems to be what I need.
I am, with that, one step away from complete happiness with my wow Interface.
Danke sehr!
