"We should," Felicity said. Hefting her blade she gave a glance to ensure the others were ready, and then started off down the hall, stepping over the dead nightborn as she did so.

Richard looked around the room one last time to make sure nothing was still moving before he followed after the paladin.

“That depends?” She said. “Who do you want to deal with first? Jezebel, Angrida or Vahij?” She asked each name she pointed down a different hallway.

Hands on his blades, Zalexdrad stuck close to the paladin.

"Jezebel, of course." Silvia grinned. "The others will find us soon enough."

Kazhra
Suramar
They came to another ladder, also new. "Your captor is up this ladder." The watcher announced calmly, unaffected by organic chemicals such as adrenaline.
She went up first. Out of Kazhra and Kalina, it was Kazhra's turn to go next, the frost mage beginning to climb after the watcher.
Morrum
Suramar
The shadowflame scorching Morrum's flesh,
he gave a roar and lunged for Caliban again, cornering him.
Angrida, Ingmar Everett
Suramar
Angrida strode with them as well, though the demoness kept a little more of a distance between herself and them than normal, ashamed at what she had earlier tried to do to her friend and not quite trusting herself.
Ingmar took up a position on their flank, the worgen's watchful senses directed ahead.
Vahij
Suramar
The Nightwell became loud with the sound of whirring, clanking, clinking appendages as the scorpions flooded in from the surrounding nooks.
They severed from the control necklaces at the last moment, operating entirely on their vicious Saronite circuitry-based instincts.
The constructs advanced upon the elves in the room, metal limbs swinging with menace and acid erupting from their maws at those who avoided the spinning blades of their mandibles.
Curiously, they did not approach the Nightwell itself, nor the queen, those that looked that way flailed blindly at that volume of energy, as if at a sun.
Of their creator there was nothing, the illusionist not even within the palace.

Character:
Felicity Brighthammer, Jezebel
Location:
Suramar
Jezebel turned from the Nightwell slowly. The marble cracked beneath her hooves with every leisurely step. Her eyes and the gem in her brow blazed like hellfire out of the shadowy figure she had become. A thing of nightmare and dreams.
"
Irritants
," she said, the word booming through the room. She swept a hand and shadow rushed in a shockwave, tearing through the room. The elves it passed through gasped in bliss, those who moaned and writhed in their death throes convulsing as pure pleasure raced through them in an overwhelming surge of the Nightwell's power.
The pressure of Jezebel's presence became more obvious as they mounted a spiral stairs. Now and then they came on the bodies of elves. Guards dead, their throats slashed for the men, the women bleeding from wounds in the chest, their faces blissful in death. Felicity passed by the disturbing scenes hastily. Jezebel's will darkened the halls with shadows that seemed to whisper. Power snapped and crackled in a blackened sky through the windows they passed. Felicity's nose twitched at the intoxicating scent of the queen that the halls seemed to breathe with. She shuddered, revolted even as a dark yearning was forced on her. But she knew it too well for what it was. Illusion. Dominance.
Be it the link to Zalexdrad or the years she had spent in Jay's presence Felicity pressed on, even as the very shadows of the Nighhold seemed to beckon and sigh with longing. Figures twisting in halls where darkness hung like banners and arcane power spiced the air with a scent so terribly familiar.
Character:
Caliban
Location:
Suramar
Caliban cursed as his back hit the wall. He slashed for the orc's eyes.

Vahij
Suramar
The hate-fuelled constructs melted and died, expelling their caustic payloads atop their sculpted elven victims even in death, marring them.
Angrida, Ingmar Everett
Suramar
The armoured worgen tightened the cloth around his nose, but it only protected him from one angle of attack, the pheromones still landing on what little of him was exposed and the queen's presence yet bearing down on him. He fought to remain wholly focused.
Angrida eyed the corridors in apprehension. The succubus had grown up under the heel of another, her mother. As the Nightwell-infused queen's pheromones settled upon her she did not try to fight the passion they induced, instead twisting it into hatred. She toyed with her collar, where her necklace had been, one of many rituals that reminded her of who she was and carefully projected some of her own restlessly energetic aura onto the others like a familiar candle against the deep flame of Jezebel's empowered and unrestrained presence. Better, if it came to that, that they fell under her own sway than hers.
Morrum
Suramar
Morrum snarled and hissed, saliva dripping from his chin as he blindly seized the incubus' throat, squeezing. In a series of blows the humanoid battered at the demon's face with his gauntlet.

Zalexdrad
Suramar
Zalexdrad remained steadfast against the pheromones and the aura; the mark upon his hand glowing brightly.
Silvia Lightdoom
Suramar
Silvia hurried down the hall with an increased haste, until slowing suddenly. Glancing at her arm and the mark running along it, the Eredar sighed. "I swear. Can dress him up, but can't take him anywhere." She complained. The shadowy marks of chain links flashed for a moment as she fed power through it and towards Caliban.

“Why I liked Jay?” She asked then gasped. “You could do that to all of them then we’d never have to worry about them. Just imagine them all mortal and falling over themselves for us.” She smiled.

"Maybe." Silvia nodded. "But not Jezebel. She had her second chance and tossed it away." The Eredar played at her chain.

Her eyes lit up at an idea. “I wanted to just kill her but what if we just turned her into our body guard? That would really upset Jezebel if we did what she’s always wanted.” She laughed.

Shira
Suramar
Punches?
The sound reaching Shira's ears was unmistakable. One, or both, of the males was being pummeled by the other.
Men
. @#$%ing idiots throwing punches when there's magic.
Unable to think straight, she wove a spell almost at random, throwing a sloppy shadowbolt at Morrum's back.
Kalina
Suramar
"%^&*. Really?" Kalina hesitated. Were they ready?

Character:
Felicity Brighthammer, Jezebel
Location:
Suramar
Ascending another narrow staircase Felicity paused at the top. That they were near their goal was patent. A long corridor stretched before them, pillars lining it. Banners stirred in the otherworldly breeze and the heavy door at the far end fairly oozed with shadow magic. Its effects were so pronounced whatever might have first been sculpted in gold on it was undistinguishable, for Felicity doubted that Jezebel had time to commission doors with her image flanking them. Etching her image with gilded glory and figures of abject slaves kneeling at her hooves. Some of whom were far too familiar for her liking.
The paladin felt a shiver as the eyes set in the door seemed to gleam and shift with the tracing shadows that fluttered like silk along the walkway, though a red carpet leading to it was without obstruction. As if inviting them to the door that seemed to quiver and spark with the force of the magic being worked beyond it.
Character:
Caliban
Location:
Suramar
Caliban tried to shield his face from the blows. The first were bone numbing, the incubus gritting his teeth against the sheer strength in the orc's fists that nearly broke his arms.
Then, he felt something different sear through him. His eyes opened with surprise, then narrowed in malicious enjoyment. He caught Morrum's hand in his own, unholy strength racing through him, and something different. "Kindly stop that," Caliban purred, and the suggesting raced with all the strenght of the Dominatrix through his hands, up Morrum's arms and drilling into the orc's brain like a silver needle.

Location: Suramar
Richard reached the top of the stairs and paused at the sight of the hallway. “Well look who finally showed up.” He heard a voice speak and saw Demine stepped around from one of the pillars near the far door. “I was afraid you’d never make it here and I’d have to track you down.” She said her gaze flicking between Felicity and Zalexdrad. “And you even brought some friends.” She said taking notice of the rest of them. “After I present these two to my love I’ll find a place for all of you in our new world.” She smiled.
Character: Salena
Location: Suramar
Salena enjoyed the kiss but forced herself to pull away. “Let’s get them before we celebrate.”
