If you are lucky enough to get glowing lizardscale cloak, congratulate yourself. I got one and had it since i was lvl 18 and now im lvl 26 and still use it. The odds are low but don't give up. Worth the wait.

Easy fight except he runs in fear when he gets low on health so slow him before he gathers adds. Cloak has dropped nearly every time I've done this place :)

For a 29 rogue to solo him? Not the whole instance, just him?

I grabed the cloak from him and later got the serpent mace, and a kick ass shield for my shaman.
