You have to be lvl 35 to do the quest in Hammerfall. I got 3900 xp when I did it.

Also, what do I do next? Is there a vendor who I can learn heavy mageweave bandages and runecloth bandages from?

Since I can't think of another place to put this, here's the simple way to beat TRIAGE!
Group and run it with someone who has done it a failed. They still have the bandages and can heal with you. Then you will both get the quest credit.....BAMM! You're Dr.'s!

It seems that Arnok can only train to First Aid 150. I travelled to Dustwallow Marsh (Brackenridge Village) and purchased a book from the first aid supplier there and gave myself the capability to get to First Aid 225 (Expert), but Arnok cannot help me with any new skills. Know where I go?

I've got the heavy silk bandage, and i think first aid to 200 or so - do you need to be at 225/225 to start the quest, or just be able to make mageweave bandages?
