Of note ... you must be level 35 before you can do the 'Triage' quest to begin learning anything from him (and to level FA past 225).
~ Level 35 and a 225 skill in First Aid _are_ the required prereqs.

Netherweave Bandages are then learned in Outland (via a purchased book) at Falcon Watch (Hellfire Peninsula) @ 330

Heavy Netherweave Bandages are also learned at Falcon Watch @ 360

Hi guys and girls,

I am sure I am not the only one who hasn't been able to find where to get the book for Heavy Mageweave Bandages (175) & Runecloth Bandages (200). Well, after much searching I found you simply have to go back to Doctor Gregory Victor (in Hammerfall) who you did the Horde Trauma quest for to get 225 First Aid. You simply just ask him for these two skills and he gives them free of charge. I am not sure if you can get these from him right after you complete Horde Trauma or if you need to get your skill higher. I did this when I had a 261 skill.

you need to have a First Aid skill of 240 and he will train you Heavy Mageweave for free.

At 260, he will train you in Runecloth Bandages for free.

do you have to be 40lvl to get over 225xp in first aid?

Just to put all the facts on the table:

You need to be lvl 40 for this dude to learn you anything, and you get the quest for 225+ skill in Orgrimmar, before you can come to him.

He teaches ALL skill from Heavy Silk Bandage and upwards.

You don't exactly need coordinates. Just go to Hammerfall in the Arathi Highlands. If you walk down the stairs by the windrider and keep going straight, you'll practically run into his first aid place. He's Forsaken, if you couldn't tell by the name.

He will train you for the following levels you have in 1st Aid:

240 - Heavy Mageweave Bandage
260 - Runecloth Bandage
290 - Heavy Runecloth Bandage

Cordinates are Arathi Highlands 73,36 in Hammerfall

He is inside Hammerfall at location 73,36 in the building to the left just past the entrance.

It seems you can't pick up the quest when someone else is doing it. I flew to Arathi for the quest. I read that you aren't required to do the bread crumb quest, just visit him once you have 225 in First Aid and he offers the quest. Well, I went there and there was no quest. I'm level 48 and I have 225 First aid. I clicked on him and he just said "Greetings, I'm Doctor Gregory Victor..." but no quest. Someone else was there doing the quest. I tried reloading. No luck. So I came here to wowhead to look for details. As I was reading thru the comments the other player finished their quest and a yellow exclamation mark immediately popped up over the Doctor's head. So if you aren't able to pick it up and someone is there, just wait for them to finish.
