Great looking staff, looks just like the image, even comes with a glow! No spirit but the huge mana per 5 makes up for it.

Got this last night.
I have Item Rack setup to swap to this staff when I get down to 20% mana, and then switch back to Benediction when I am at 50%
Benediction has the 55 healing enchant on it. The above percentages are still being tweaked. But you get the idea. Not as good as Will Of Arlokk , but its better than benediction for regen.

It's certainly a wierd item. High MP5 says healer. Spell hit % says caster. Dmg/healing says both. Try not to limit the users too much, it isn't worth causing drama. Replacements can be found, I really wish Blizzard was a bit more specific on such a dandy piece.

I got a Shaman friend with it, seems to work nicely on her. She's elemental, but often off-heals, so the Mana/5 helps with that. The Dmg and +hit is also very nice. She slapped Int+22 on the beast and with the rest of her gear, hits very nicely with Flametongue.
Again, I can see practically any caster making good use out of this. In terms of a main staff, I would suppose a Priest could get better, but as stated before-Any class could really benefit from it.
Though, a handful of jealous people have pretty much told her to L2P and it's a waste. I spose it does suck running around in blues though :P

This is a great Staff but many warlocks want it and i cant see why. There are countless of other good staffs for warlocks. This is a druid/shammy staff Imo.

I'm a priest and I will agree that mages and warlocks should have priority over other classes with this weapon. +% to Hit with Spells helps out both these classes, but the regeneration bonus is more of a boon to mages than warlocks in most scenarios. Shammies, druids, and priests can have their chances at it if the above two classes pass for whatever reason.
For me, a priest, the only reason I'd truly want this staff is for the mana regen bonus, which is the highest mana5 bonus available for weapons (next highest is main-hand/off-hand combo Fang of Venoxis + Milli's Lexicon, for 12 mana/5 secs).
If you're after a healing staff get the Will of Arlokk staff.

This one is good for all caster classes, but doesn't excel for anyone. It lacks stamina for the warlocks, it lacks damage for the mages, and only the MP5 make it good for druids and priests. I'd say it's a good staff for either one of these classes depending on their play style. Not all mages want maxed out damage, not all priests go for +healing, and some warlocks prefer damage over stamina.
If you think this item is good for you, then take it. Too many people judge items based on their views of a class. There are many ways to play certain classes, if people are level 60 and manage to kill this boss then they know how to play, and they can decide for themselves if this item fits their playstyle.

IF people really figure out why healers want this let me enlighten your darkness.
1) Alot of guilds do ZG as a DKP free raid. that being said, if you can get a great healing staff (14 mana regen and + to healing kinda makes it obious you can use it for healing) for no DKP, why the hell not?
2) ZG, and AQ (both 40 and 20) are outdoor instances, so a druid can, and does do a bit of CC in there via sleep or entangleing root. So 2% to hit helps avoid those spells being resisted (P.S. The mobs in AQ can't be sheeped or Banished either). So the whole Warlocks banish, and mage sheep argument IS SO OUTDATED. And in terms of DPS, if the sucess of the raid is dependent on 2% less of your spells being resisted....then your guild/raid sucks.
3) The ability to regen mana is crucial in long fights for healers (unlike mages who can eveocate/mana ruby, or locks who can consume their own life to get mana) we are completly dependent on our own regen and consumables which come at a hefty price after all the math is done. Bottom line, we have no mana, the raid dies. If your counterargument is "what about shammy's mana tide/spring totem, or whatever the blessing/ aura pallys give then)
a) You are supporting my argument that healers need mana regen so the staff does help them
b) You don't know that FR totems trump mana spring/tide totems.
So please end this stupid debate about who can benifit more from it. It's an all round caster staff that every caster can benifit from. If they wanted it to be a Mage/Lock item they would have made it an sword like the azuresong Mageblade (healers can't use swords).

This is a very good staff good for almost any casting class, but personally as a lock I think this benefits mages more than any. Fortunately I have life tap, but on the long fights a mage can easily burn out all their mana even with evocation, and has to be stuck their wanding the mob. Also, with improved shadow bolt and ruin, I prefer +crit to +hit, while +hit may be better for mages. This is definitely good for healers too, but being as its + damage and healing it should probably go to dps casters first. There is as many +healing weapons as there are +healing and damage weapons, so unless the +healing/damage weapon has spirit on it, damage casters should get priority.

i am a mage in an end game raid guild (cleared OL, MC, BWL) i got this staff about 2-3 months ago, and have a +30 spell dmg on it. this i love this staff, as it has some +dmg, and the 2% hit really does help in high end instances. the mana regen is so good on a mage- lots of fights in BWL take a long time, and so you need mene regen- evocation and mana gems are all good, but they have CD's. i currently have enough DKP to get about 3 or 4 SoD's, and i wouldnt even think of changing this staff for one of them. the only thing i would change it for atm is staff of the shadow flame when/if it ever drops when i am there.
this staff is very usefull to all casters- warlocks, balance druids and mages. priests that are in a guild that can kill domo should wait for the eye, and those that arnt should get either jin'do's hexxer, or will of ar'lokk, unless shadow spec then this is perfect for them.

well some guilds out there that have MC/BWL/most everything else on farm save innervates for the mages because their healers actually know how to conserve mana...i think this is BEST used for a druid, but it can benefit most all of the caster classes

This staff does everything!
It's got a little of almost all caster stats, but instead of some crit, ZG's signature +Hit%. Pretty interesting, definately makes up some stats I've been lacking in, Mana regen is new for me, but it seems pretty sweet so far!
It smacks, it casts, it judges, it shovels, all that good stuff!

This, IMO< has Balance Druid written all over it. I have this staff with a +30 Spell Damage and Full cenarion on my Balance/Resto Druid. The mana regen is great for both healing and Moonfire Spam. The Chance to hit of course helps with not only the moonfire spam, but the Starfire spam too. And the dmg and healing works well for both aspects.
Dont know what you all are yelling about, but until that Staff of Dominance drops off Garr again, this works perfectly for me.

Just got this from ZG last night. I had my Soul Harvester for the past 2 months and finally got an upgrade!
Lets see the stats again:
Jin'do's Judgement
Binds when picked up
Two-Hand Staff
143 - 226 Damage Speed 3.30
(56.1 damage per second)
+10 Stamina
+10 Intellect
Durability 120 / 120
Requires Level 60
Equip: Improves your chance to hit with spells by 2%.
Equip: Restores 14 mana per 5 sec.
Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 27.
Well locks need the hit with spells by 2% for sure. Helps with resist on banishes and other spells.
Locks need the mana restoration. Sux to lifetap like crazy in heavy fights like Hakkar. Can't count how many times I use to use mana pots the lifetapping my health down and the dieing due to my health being so low.
Increases magical Spell damage by 27. Locks can definately use this.
Overall a kick ass staff for Locks / Priests / and Druids. Not sure what all the fuss is over. I think it can benefit several classes. I beat out a priest on DKP and won this and am very happy. I think I will now put +30 Spell on this bad boy now.

You guys can debate all you want to ....I just got this sweet staff last nite (Im a resto druid) However, noone else wanted it and I snatched it right up! I dont know why you guys want to $%^&* and moan over who has priority over it. If it was meant to be class specific I do believe Blizzard would have made it that way!

Though, not as nice as the mageblade or staff of domanince... good for those not raiding MC or BWL.
Also, if your guild runs a DKP system, i saw this staff, as a decent staff for my mage, and not costing me any raiding points.

the staff benefits:
players with mana
players that cast damage spells
players that cast healing spells
players that cast spells which can be resisted
healers only benefit from the mana regen and +healing, not the +damage or +2% hit. that's two useful bonuses, two useless ones.
dps casters benefit from the mana regen, +damage, +2% hit, but not the +healing. that's three useful bonuses, one useless one.
all casters get some bonus from this staff, but some more than others. that's why it has no class requirement; even though its not as good for healers, once all of the locks/mages in your guild that want this have one, the healers can get them. and yes, its not a bad hunter weapon either.

I've had the Staff of Dominance with a +22 intellect enchant on it for quite a while. I recently picked this up as well (all the other casters in the raid had MC or BWL weapons). I enchanted Jin'do's with spell power.
I've been starting out fights with the Staff of Dominance equipped and then casting untill I use up the mana that the SoD gives me over Jin'do's and then switching.
The damage, mana regen, and spell hit are awesome for BWL boss fights, especially as Chromaggus and Nefarian seem to be level 64 mobs, so level based resists are an big issue with them.

I was able to pick this little beauty up in a ZG raid last night. I will agree this is an all around caster staff that benefits multiple different classes. Being a druid I figured I had little chance to obtain lokamir il'romathis since many priests and shamans are ahead of me in dkp. This staff will suffice for the time being. It looks great, has a plethora of useful stats and I will be putting +55 healing on it shortly. The + to hit will help in landing hibernate and roots in multiple instances. The +14 mana per 5 seconds was what really caught my eye as I love these mods.
I could have obtained any of the BWL staves and even some in AQ, but it came down to spending 175 dkp on those or 50 dkp on this. You do the math. I think I got a good deal on a nice staff.

Just got this last night in ZG with a roll of 66.
Enchanted it with +20 spirit and I now use it as my regen weapon, I swap from Benediction/Anathem to this at around 35% and then swap back to Bene/Ana at around 50%.
It really helps combat regen quiet a bit =)

I totally agree with haldaroth, it's not a shaman staff, the look is not shamanistic but typical to Zul'Gurub and it's GREAT for Mages, Priests, Warlocks and Druids. As for me shamans should roll on it after the casters did theyr choice :)

Imo, it's not for a healing priest. A healing priest doesn't need +hit since all their healing spells will always land.
A shadow priest or warlock would make much better use of it, through DoTs and such. Priority obviously on shadow priests, since warlocks usually prefer more +stam.
If you're killing jin'do, domo should be a joke. Granted, you need 40 instead of 20 players....but the difficulty of domo isn't anywhere near where jin'do is, for most groups.
Having said all that, first come...first serve.
And on the 8th day, God made druids....and you see where that got us?

This is an excellent staff for any caster when going into long battles....wonderful regen rate, and the stamina can help a little with those annoying bat adds (for example)
IMO....for boss fights, I'll take mana regen boosts over damage boosts....doubt a 65k+ HP boss cares about 15 more damage...better to lob another full spell :)

Not saying this is a shaman specific weapon, but to agree with the guy that said something further down below....this is an almost perfect casting shaman weapon. Its got great damage for a staff which is excellent for windfury. It gives us a huge mana regen boost plus great stats, as well as the chance to hit with spells and extra dmg/healing from anything we cast. Plus, it comes off a shamany type of character and looks very shamanny. Very happy with this, and I hope i get it!

Got this for a mana regen staff. It's a nice break from the Benediction when every other priest on the server has one.
over the course of 100 rank 1 flash heals, here are the results I had.
With Benediction (+22 int) I averaged 544 per rank 1 flash heal.
With Jin'dos Judgement (unenchanted) I averaged 507.
Overall it wont make or break you, and the 14 mana per 5 is awesome to switch to when in need of mana.

From what I hear from my guild (and others), Jin'do is rather difficult (I chose to sleep before they got to him) I would also be willing to bet that this doesn't have a drop rate of over 10%, but I wonder if it would make people angry if a caster (Elem/Resto)shaman rolled on it.

You may think this staff sucks, and you may not be wrong (in p5 at least, regalia staff is just better). BUT, as a Holy Priest this is one of the easiest ways to get that sweet +hit% for Naxx (mind controls and shackles). Add in that it’s a weapon with a bunch of mp5 and it’s actually a pretty awesome item to swap in for your CC’s. Gimme my spoon!
