What dropped this dagger or from what quest did it come from?

Pretty good off-hand dagger for the 40s.

or what drops this?

It is a bind on pickup item with no level requirement so it is definitly a quest reward. What quest I do not know.

so shiny

Ahhh how typical, easy alliance quest reward.

Horde get a slightly poorer dagger, but the quest is 10 times harder.

The Missing Courier quest in feralas eventually gives you this.
