why hunter set? is there anywhere written hunter oO?
i think it is good for hunter and rogue the same.

both classes need crit stamina and agi (attackpower too).
i think a PvP warrior could use it too, but not as good as rogue or hunter, because it has agi (with does no Attackpower for warriors) instead of strength

I could easily argue that hunters need agility even more than rogues because it means one attack power for rogues and two for hunters. Hunters will use the agi and attack power just as well as any rogue. As for pallys that think they have any reason to roll on agi goods that a hunter or rogue needs, then they need shot.

As for stamina, every class could use more of it.

Ok, check this out:

For hunter both are true:

1agi=2Ranged Attack Power
63agi= 1%chance to crit

also: 1stam=10hp though this may be true for all other classes, I am not sure as I haven't played around with other classes much

ALSO, unless Mele or ranged attack power is specified it means BOTH are improved. Personally, my hunter relies on +%crit and +attack power gear and out DPSs most rogues I have ever grouped with.

So, with the stats of this set... hunter would get:

160HP
78ranged attack
1.2ish% to crit
1% or more to hit

So... now that I have proven that it is CLEARLY godly for hunters, if I ever heard that this is a purely rogue set, whoever says it is a complete moron <3 <3 :D

In all honesty from what I've seen this is a combat set. So anyone that goes into combat to deal physical damage as fast as possable would want this.. meaning Some Shamans, Some paladins, Some warriors, all rogues and most hunters (Pet hunters can find more usefull things Im sure).

Call it a fair observation but it makes sence to me.

Plain and simple its a Rogue Warrior Hunter and Druid ring Druids need it mainly because of the new patch but myself as a druid wouldent roll on it over a rogue/hunter But would like to have it :) And i guarntee if a hunter and a roge where in my grp and the ring droped they would b the two to roll for it O.o So just stop the fighting its not going to get you anywhere lol

where does it say melee?
but i have to admitt, as a hunter, your right casters have absolutely no use for these.
So in a short list

Hunters/Rogues: they get the most out of these stats
Fury warriors: i guess they get a fairly good amount out of this with some nice swords/axes dual wielded then they can get the best out of this i guess (hunters/rogue still get better out of this)
Feral druids: in forms they can use the extra damage output and the extra chance on hit
Enhancement shamans: thos guys need aglity, although i don't like the fact (cause they steal our beaststalkers from time to time i'm alli so np for me =P), and attack power is usefull too since they melee too and hit well it's not on spells but that one swing you don't miss can make a big change.

then the fact of the stamina ALL CAN USE extra health...
this is all IMO probably some will agree if you don't then tell me...

Zanzil's Concentration = Caster
Overlord's Resolution = Tank
Prayer of the Primal = Healer
Major Mojo Infusion = Hunters/Melee DPS

Your guild should decide what category you fit into in raids. Once everyone has got their stuff in the category then bits can be shared elsewhere.
E.g. In most raids a paladin will be a healer and therefore will want Prayer of the Primal, but in PvP he may want Major Mojo Infusion - only once Hunters and Melee DPS are kitted out in them should he be able to get them.

ithink this should go to rogues/hunters (mabye a feral druid if the guild approves) and mabye a fury warr for the stam and and crit/hit. also for some warrs for the agil which gives them armor/crit chance/dodge and all that crap

Your all not looking at what items there are for the classes.... Many items are for multipul classes its a given, but how many sets are there for each class?

There is only 1 ring "set" for dps class wether it be rogue/ druid/ hunter /worrior, and this is it. The group that i was in, i would expect any of these class to want it...

But the point is have a look at what items are out there before you make posts about who this suits best... There maybe much better rings out there for a given class, therefor that given class i think shouldnt bid on it... same goes for weapons, armor, cloaks etc......................

Two Tarnished Elven Rings = 60AP, +2 to hit.
This set = 48AP, +1 to hit, +1 to crit, 160HP.

I don't PvP much, so the HP doesn't matter to me. I hear that + to hit is needed in 40-man raid instances because of the higher level mobs. Should I just stick with my elven rings, then?

I am a hunter, if you couldn't tell. =P

dont forget the extra 30 attack power for wearing both of them which brings it up to 78 attack power. Now it all depends on your specc and all your other gear. for instnace i have full gs so i get +3 percent to hit then another 3 percent to hit from surefootedness and then the 1 percent here. I never miss even on magmadar. So IMHO I go with the mojo infusion rings but like I said it all depends on your build and gear. Also yo ucan try and snag a accurascope that adds antoerh 3 percent to hit on your ranged wep. I have that but i didnt miss before i got that but it allowed me to take some poitnsout of surefooted and put it somewhere else.
