This is the Dungeon Set 1 (Tier 0) kilt designed for Druids.

Comentario de Thottbot

When you have the set it adds bonuses to heals and nature damage. Rogues do neither.

Comentario de Thottbot

some people are just stupid, not classes. I'm a rogue and I wouldnt roll on this. It'd just be silly.

rogue with a kilt.. pff..

Comentario de Thottbot

dropped for me on my approx. 20x run! Luckily i was the only Druid who needed it!(i always look that there ist noone else needing the set item im raiding for)

/dance

*g*

and btw if i would see a rogue rolling for this when there is a Druid needing it i would make sure that guy would NEVER EVER get a team on my server again! And i think that wouldnt be to impossilbe to make sure of!

Comentario de Thottbot

This is a druid item, i belive every 5int=100mana and rogues dont use mana. also the set pieces give u a healing bonus once u get enough. Rogues who roll on this with a druid in the party should go to hell, get blacklisted and get kicked from there guild if there in one. Besides a rogue walking around with a kilt just looks stupid.

Comentario de Thottbot

Man I feel so ripped off. I've run this place about 30 times, and on the 30th time it finally drops. Of course, its one of the rare occasions that there is another druid in the group, and with my roll haxing to the max, i roll a 1. After seeing at least 3 of each other set (more for most, less for shamans) i think that its pretty weird taht this piece only drops once....oh well, back to strat UD for me.

just to elliot2halo, doing 7 runs of this place and not having it drop isn't bad..running 30 times, dropping, rolling 1 is bad luck. Expect to have a run a lot more unless you get lucky.

I think the 9.2% drop chance is a load of crap, although if you do get lucky first time i guess that evens it out. And to see that this thing has been disenchanted so many times makes me sad >_<

Oh and to the rogues....dont roll on this. If i was a rogue running around in a skirt, i would have to stab myself in the back. sure, apart from the int and spir it has the right stats for a rogue, but they are nowhere near perfect or even good. Even saying that, if there is no druid in the group, it is an upgrade from your last pants and you dont mind running around in a skirt, go right ahead.

Comentario de Thottbot

just finished my 60th baron run, i have never even seen this drop, i got the boots and shoulders on first and second lbrs runs, im getting so annoyed with baron i wanna quit the game sometimes =P

Comentario de Thottbot

thats the stupidest thing ever... someone actually asked y does a druid need this more than a rogue. THINK ABOUT IT. if u really r at a high enuf lvl to even go to the places that have a drop for these items, u would have to be able to actually think about y a druid would need this more than a rogue. look at the bonuses and maybe then u will kno y!

Comentario de Thottbot

Finally got this and only needed wildheart boots, which i got on same day by soloing smolderweb (done her about 10 times the last month)

Full set, color me a happy monkey now.

Comentario de Thottbot

for all of you people #$%^&ing about this kilt and your not a druid....screw you...this kilt is one of the gayest drop rates in the game...i have been doing 4 runs a day for a week straight and it hasnt dropped...and for the person who said a rogue needs this... make a druid and try to get it yourself..you will be lucky to even see it drop on your rogue.. all us druids see are ..SC SC SC SC valor SC SC SC valor valor valor and maybe once in a blue moon Devout..which at this point i wouldnt mind having despite it being cloth..so you can eat my ass ok..

for those druids who dont have it yet..good luck and happy hunting...if you have a problem with this post..feel free to talk to me and whine to Kanshi on doomhammer...thanks

Comentario de Thottbot

Unlucky druid speaking.

I did over 60 runs...And never even seen this drop at all.

I agree partly on some of your posts about this not being for rogues. Unless no druid needs. This is Wildheart, it is our set, and I doubt that any rogue want to go for our set bonus. Unless you have some magic I have not heard of. Or perhaps healing power?

With that being said I still think rogues then too should have Shadowcraft for themselfes. Even though many of us maybe are feral druids, it is still the rogues set. And if we want them to keep their hands of Wildheart (which they should!) we have to show the same behavior. Then we just all can pray to get in groups where the other class has the set item we want too. Or simply go with people we know and trust ofcourse.

I fear this class discussion will never ever end though.

Personally I would never roll on Shadowcraft. Nor would I roll on any other set item that was not Wildheart before checking, if it was needed by the other part.
But well we are all different.

But now can anyone please confirm that this item actually still exists? And even drops of The Baron too?
That would be awesome!
Thank you!

So far this is how it looks for me

Cowl 10 runs (Yay!)
Spaulders +20
Boots +25
Vest +15
And finally...
Kilt +60...with more to come...

Edit Marts 12. 2006:

71 runs it took me to see it for the very first time! The kilt came my way today. Thanks to my amazing guild and friends I never lost hope and gave up. So thank you guys!

Now Shadowcraft..:P Which will be far more difficult since I never roll if a Rogue needs it. Ah well :) Small goals, small goals.

Goodbye Baron, goodbye LFG channel, goodbye stupid PickupGroups and horrible selfish team players and ninjas...And hello joy, once again you have joined me. It was worth the effort, after all.

Yay! And good luck to all of you out there who is still struggling against droprates and being unlucky! It will come your way someday, remember that.

~The End...for now

Comentario de Thottbot

Had these drop for me on my sixth run in UD Strat. Managed to take down the Baron in a 5-man group - by far the most fun I've ever had running the instance. Took us 3 tries with a warrior, rogue, mage, hunter and druid (me), but it was worth it. Had these legs drop along with a nice intel/spirit ring, and I got both (the mage graciously passed on the ring). All in all, I made out like a bandit, even though on my previous five runs I got next to nothing.

Comentario de Thottbot

I have Run through UD strat 41 times and have not once seen the kilt. Only Devot, Beaststalkers, Shadowcraft, Dreadmist, Elements, and EVEN LIGHTFORGE! it pisses me off that i have spent over 48 hours looking for a group, killing Baron and everyone around me is getting all of their sets. I feel like a fool at ZG and MC with my guild. I guess i will have to start getting everything else. *sigh*

Horde 60 Druid Dunemaul

Comentario de Thottbot

When i got lvl 60 is was like. What now? going to quit WoW. But i fast figured out that my new goals were getting better gear and epic mount.
I farmed for the shoulders, after some weeks it dropped.
I did many raids for the cowl and it dropped after a while too!
The bracers or the belt or the gloves did never drop, so i bought them.

The kilt, the boots, or the chestpiece NEVER drops. Been 4 months since some WH dropped.

Loosing my hope : /

Comentario de Thottbot

Ok, well I have been looking for that Kilt for sometime now. I had just run three Baron runs in a row with my Druid when one of my friends asked me to get on my warrior to tank for him for the Baron run he was attempting. I aggreed because I was bored with looking for it. But get this, when we killed Baron, THE KILT DROPPED! And, I rolled a 100 for the greed. I was pretty well pissed.

Comentario de Thottbot

Don't ask me how, lol. I didn't get a blue in the run, and the kilt dropped, so the other party members let me choose one of the blues to have disenchanted. I chose the kilt, because it had many stats, so I really expected a Large Brilliant Shard. The person who disenchanted for me said "WOW," and I thought that it was going to be something like a green essence, but, lo and behold, it was a Nexus Crystal! What a surprise!

Comentario de Thottbot

ok im a 60 resto/feral druid, ive done scholo constantly for the past 2 wks for my wildheart cowl. and it has nvr dropped just &*!@in pally gear and the stupid mages gear. honestly blizzard needs to get offf their lazy butts and fix the drop rate where its even for all tier 0 gear of all classses. i mean come on everyone else demands a druid to be resto specd for endgame, at elast let us get our tier gear so we can do a good job at it. geeze and if u cant increase the drop rate then have it drop off of more than one boss is tht too much to ask for honestly......................................

when the hell r druids gunna get a spec increase lol

Comentario de Thottbot

I just need kilt I got my:
Cowl=1 run
Shoulders=1 run
Vest=3 runs
Bracers=AH
Gloves=AH
Belt=AH
Boots=3 runs

So I'm pretty lucky :) Just thought I could show off a bit and make people angry xD And let me have my smug moment:P
Done my first UD run today but Dreadmist dropped :'(
(does look nice with my Wildheart though) :P:P

Comentario de Thottbot

all the tier ones are more for one class than any other, but can be used by different classes.

SO, if a set piece drops and the class it belongs to doesn't want it, another class CAN roll for it, as long as it benefits them.

the only time it gets to be a problem is if they take it when the class it belongs to needs it ok?

Comentario de Thottbot

Took me a year of being 60, and doing Baron runs to see it drop... the tally hit 47 full runs before I saw it... on the bright side I have gotten 16 pairs of shadowcraft pants... sharded them to get +22 intellect put on my backup weapon I use when I have a crotchety priest who wants to be the main heal...anyhow...got it on my first completed Baron run since the instance cap was lowered to 5 man.

Elradin
60 Resto Druid on Lothar

Comentario de Thottbot

Luckily in my position i got into a good guild as i hit 60. So in under a month I went from basically no good gear to 6/8 cenarion 1/8 stormrage. So i do these for fun and got my kilt my first baron run and got my chest my first ubrs run, got my boots second run and got my shoulders first run. so the onlyt hing im missing is the helm (bought boe pieces) and ive done one run so far, better drop on my second :P

Comentario de Thottbot

Well, i got my cowl on my first run, was also lucky to. Im still trying to get the kilt though, but i can already see its going to take forever from all your guys comments. What i got so far is:

Wildheart bracers: AH
wildheart Cowl: scholomance
wildheart shoulders: LBRS
wildheart gloves: AH
wildheart belt: AH

runs in total was about 4 runs, i think that is not bad. i hope u guys get the kilt as well as I.

Comentario de Thottbot

I'm convinced that PuG's suck, especially in Strat. a priest that wanted to come along to the run was an enchanter, Granted we stated that all non-class specific BoP's would be Disenchanted and the shard would be rolled on, but this priest also rolled need on the kilt and won...

needless to say the group went nuts at him and a quick kick followed, but hey. atleast ive seen it drop and know its possible to get, it's just going to take a few more runs to finally get it.

so far ive collected:

WH bracers: 1st run
WH belt: 3rd run
WH spaulders: 3rd run
WH cowl: 1st run

still no luck on boots after 10 or so runs and im going to be stubborn and not buy the gloves from the AH i feel its a greater reward to find it yourself.

good luck to you all, i hope you all get your Wildheart set soon

NE druid 0/20/31

Comentario de Thottbot

hmm

my 21'st run i finally got it :D. after about 15 runs u realise that all u have to do is wait. blizz do make it unfair though as shammy gear drops aswell which we cant use until TBC >_>.

im 6 / 8 set now

belts, bracers and gloves bought from ah

vest - 1st run
boots - 7th kill
kilt - 21st run (sigh)

helm - dont scholo about 12 times and it aint popped up

shoulders - done LBRS about 20 times but they still havent dropped

but the best guild on server is allowing me to go on their MC farms as another member of them wants the legendary (thunderfury) so i'll be t1 and t2 druid soon :)

ALSO - I know a druid that did baron 53 times to get her kilt

Comentario de Allakhazam

just finished my 12th run... guess how many kilts i've seen? 00000000000

Comentario de Allakhazam

I've helped out kill Rivendare 27 times now (out of 30 runs, did the scarlet part a few times, but not the undead), and didn't see it drop once. I've seen Beaststalker Leggings and Elemental Leggings drop the most. He dropped just about ever set, save for Wildheart. It's unfair for us druids. :(

Comentario de Allakhazam

first run...drops :)

Comentario de Allakhazam

First run and guess what? it drops and just for me =)

At least i got something in the whole run.

Comentario de Allakhazam

I feel bad as both my shoulders and kilt have dropped the first time I have ever killed the Boss that drops them. Was actually my first time in LBRS and Strat as well. Just amazing.

Granted, I've killed Drak about 10 times and still havent got the vest and have solo'd Mother Smoulderweb upwards of 50 times (using the Starfire\Hybernate\Bandage grind trick) and the boots haven't dropped so yeah, I suppose i know how you feel.

But damn, both times when Master Looter linked "Wildheart XXXXXXX" I nearly fell off my chair, both times I got lucky as the only DruiD.

Is it just me or is the set bonuses not that much to cheer about? Several armor items grant bonuses to spell or healing effects - or both. Isn't 10, 15 and 40 pretty low bonuses, considering that none of the items themselves grant bonuses?

It's these bonuses that really makes it a druid-oriented set, and I just don't see it as that great a set bonus, compared to the class-specific bonuses the other class sets give their respective classes.

Comentario de Allakhazam

Did my 5th run just now and i had that feeling that it was going to drop this time.. but noooo, some of the players "had to go" so we ended up at 6 peeps and thought, hey, its a 5 man instance now so why not try (not all of us was lvl 60)..
But but, boss slayed us like garbage because tha pala was a f*cking noob and didnt understand english... oh well, mayby better luck next time :p

Comentario de Allakhazam

ive done around 30 - 40 runs for this kilt and ive never see it drop once! :/ all i seem to get is Rogue, hunter and warriors pants :((

Comentario de Allakhazam

This is an excellent leg piece for druids that aren't main healing.. aka druids that are dps'ing until the main healer get oom, when this set will provide enough extra INT and SPI to save the day.

I'd go for this set any day, unfortunately neither
these or the chest piece seems to want to drop
for me.

Comentario de Allakhazam

I started my WH collecting journey about a year and abit ago , when the first piece i got was the bracers (guild bank) from there i went through hell liturally getting all the pieces...yesterday was my lucky night..for today i walk around with my full WildHeart Raiment , and each time i look at the set it reminds me what i went through to get it...it and feels gooooooooood to know that hard work and dedication pays off , now I"m started collecting my Cenarion pieces (though so far i have only the helm) but eventually just like the wildheart set..hard work , dedication , it all pays off...and besides...you walk around and see a druid with full wildheart set what do you think of him? that he is a hard dedicated grinding player who will stop at nothing when he sets himself a cause..well kids that druid is me :)

dont give up..and dont let fasturation get to you...in the end you"l feel so good...satisfaction will over-run big time

Good luck all you druids out there...

Comentario de Allakhazam

I didnt even get see see Baron's body lie on the floor, our grp was terrible, we tried Baron 3 times no luck. Didn't even get him to 60%. Eh, I'll try again ><.

Comentario de Allakhazam

I got My Kilt on my first ever run in Strathlome

Comentario de Allakhazam

My 22 run today there and ive never seen it drop .. a friend of mine as a mage had 10 runs and seen it 5 times and he never saw magisters with i se almost eatch run! getting anoyed of never getting it when pple who dont need get them and disechant THEM ! ... crazy me im gonna solo baron like this .. slap he's face , putt my fingers in he's eye's gently putt my hand on the sholder of him and take the other hand in he's pocket then steal the DAMN kilt!...
----------> PICKPOCKET DRUID POWA! MOHAHA!<-------

THE DAMN WILDHEART WILL NEVER DROP FOR ME :(:(:(:(

Comentario de Allakhazam

Wow 30 runs and no drop, thats because its 7%, i.e. out of 100 drops it will drop 7 times, and you have been on 30, not only that but, the percentage changed everytime someone up loads the stats and not every player does, so, servers can have different drop rates, its all relative.

Comentario de Allakhazam

23 runs...no drops..
getting abit mad here :(

Comentario de Allakhazam

4th run and it dropped, nice run for my guild, the rogue got the barons cape and the warrior got the gauntlets of valor from Ramstein

I can't complain :)

Comentario de Allakhazam

Comentario de Allakhazam

*sigh* Well what can i say. I must have done the UD strat side 50+ times, and i've only ever seen this damn kilt drop once, which i lost out to a good druid friend who i thought wasn't going to roll on this item as i nearly had the full set and it was me who offered him an invite as i was leading the group, and he knew how much i had my heart set on looting the damn thing. But oh well !@#$ happens. Anyway the ammount of times i've seen those crappy magistrate pants drop or the dreadmist, devout, breaststalker and recently 4 times in a row, the leggings of valor. It's like please god give me a break and drop those f**king wildheart pants, and the other problem i'm having is i'm running out of people to help me, because everyone has got their damn set pants :( To be honest trying to loot these pants has put me off the bloody game, i think i've earned my right to have those pants by now, but nooooooooooo the god's of loot seem to want to prolong my pain and suffering even more to the point where i've stopped playing the f**king thing. So people be warned, if your luck with looting stuff is poor then prepare yourself for a painful journey, and get ready to see the Baron and his morons that store the ^&*!test loot ever seen a million times.......... Good luck

Comentario de Allakhazam

Wildheart has a crappy drop rate, but I gotta say for some purposes these are the best druid pants IN THE GAME. You realize that that is a total of 67 Stats?

Comentario de Allakhazam

About 10runs before the kilt dropped. Decent set for a resto druid, but there is better. When you manage to upgrade the wildheart set to feralheart, it just gets better. Sucky dropprate on the kilt tho. Chest dropped my second run. Im happy :)

Comentario de Allakhazam

i made a run again after those 22 runs... its been like 2 weeks since last time i was in strat becouse of my anger and no wildheart!

so i went in .. was cool fighted to baron killed him and THAT ^&*!ING PEACE OF $%^& TOILET PAPER CLOTH MUTHCO321&"¤ CLOTH SHUT! dropped DAMN THE PRIEST AND THE MAGE!,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, :(
ill never go back :P

Comentario de Allakhazam

yes drop rate is very low 7.75% i should have seen 2 by now. Neaver have seen it drop after like 30 runs

Comentario de Allakhazam

Dropped for me tonight; my first run. It was a pickup group and the other druid passed! 8)

Comentario de Allakhazam

I've about had it too with regards to trying to get my kilt. It's no longer fun, it's becomming a job trying to get the damn thing. I've been trying for the chest slot too, but too no avail. I'm about to just give up and learn to love my Living Leggings and Ironfeather BP and shoulders. :-(

Comentario de Allakhazam

Lol, my first run to Stratholme. There were no Druids, so I rolled as a Shaman and won. Nice stats.

Comentario de Allakhazam

I must have gone to strat UD 35 times and it drops once.....of course you usually only ever have 1 druid in a 10 man raid group but this time i just happened to have another. you can imagine how i reacted when i rolled a 1....oh well, theres always more people who want to go to strat.
