OK, so... for a priest 8 spirit = 1 mana every second...

This enchant gives you .8 mana per second, equivalent to 6.4 'mega spirit,' which is not affected by casting.

The alternative is +9 spirit (1.125 mana/sec not casting) on bracers for recharging... mana regen isn't modified by spirit tap (2.25/sec) or meditation (0.16785 mana/sec casting)

Just stop the flaming and realize that this is quite possibly the best enchantment in the game, at least for a priest.

Old: 4 Mana per 5 seconds.
New: 4 Mana per tick. I don't need to say that this is huge! Compared to the mats you need for the enchant it's really worth it.

ok so what about mages because while we are casting mana regen is inactive right. so if thats the case then would this regen while casting? im thinkin probly not so therefore if this is right then this would be useless to a mage since we are always casting. some feedback would be appreciated thnx

For those of you that dont know where argent dawn are located, i must say: GO QUEST in EPL and WPL... I cant see how u can have missed them. But... There is an quartermaster located in both WPL and EPL. They are located at Chillwind camp/The bulwark and Light Hopes Chapel.

To the guy who said "definately for a warlock", your WRONG.

This is for any caster, druid, priest, MAGE (preferably) or any caster who needs regen. Yeah it could benefit a warlock.

But keep in mind the Mage set items have mana regen them on most of them, does that say something about who NEEDs it?

This benefits all casters, not just warlocks.

the point isn't whether or not other gear has more mana regen per five seconds or whatever. the point is that the more of it you have, the better off you are. if a priest, druid, or whoever wants this has this enchant in addition to other gear that has mana regen. already built in, all the better for them. if i played one of those classes, i'd want this too.

All of you bringing up locks, mages, priests, and druids keep forgetting pallies. Pallies constitute a LARGE portion of healing in places like MC and BWL, so mana regen is good for them too. We have small mana pools and are constantly casting somthing because our heals are small so any amount of mp/5 is great. So you all can't forget on of the classes in the game that makes your lives a little easier.

with the new damage cycle after aimed shot being nerfed, you use ALOT of mana. Thats why many of us hunters spec for intellect (talents giving 45% of int into attack power). mana regen is more important than ever, and since you cant have agi on bracers, i recommend slapping one of these on your bracers instead of stamina. you wont regret it of you raid alot.

ok you can do all the math you want, this enchantment highly depends on what other forms of mana regen you have in order to STACK with it. getting back 4 mana isnt gonna do a thing when spells (little ones) cost 4-600. Now if you stack this with other items, like a upgraded dungeon set, most caster classes get some mana regen to go with this 4 /5 seconds (albeit not a whole lot), now lets look at blue gear. Mindsurge Robes (restore 10 mana /5 seconds), this enchant 4 mana/5 seconds, Quel'dorei channeling rod (8 mana/5 seconds), and that's just acouple. Now as a standalone, this enchant sucks....horribly, but mix it with Tier 2 priest and meditation to get 30 % regual spirit based mana regen, a lvl 300 enchanting ZG mana oil, and the right supplementing gear, your gonna make out like a bandit and this enchant is going to help you make that even more impressive. That's my piece on the matter.
