Does anyone know where this drops

评论来自 Thottbot

55 mana isn't worth it for any class at any level.
+3 all stats is about the same price in mats and gives:

+45 mana
+30 armor
+30 hp
+3 spirit
a minor improvement in chance to crit with spells
a minor improvement in chance to dodge
+3 strength (which is worthles to clothies but good for hybrids)
+ranged attack power and range critchance.

Can someone explain to me why anyone would believe 100 mana is better than that?
