I cannot find him. I've been walking up and down his supposed path between southshore and tarren mills for awhile now and he hasn't shown.

Theres ruins of an old outpost that looks like a small castle halfway between Tarren Mills and Southshore. On his path he will go sit inside this building for some time.

Zixil travels between SouthShore and Tauren Mills. Didn't have Jumper Cable Schematics when I first talked to him. Will return later to see if they appear.
