Comentario de Borelia

Those familiar with Baldur's Gate 2: Throne of Baal may be reminded by this NPC of Cespenar. This extra-dimensional demon helped the adventurer craft weapons and armor within the Pocket Plane, a zone sharing its own similarities with the Dreadscar Rift itself. They even share similar speech patterns and voice work. I wouldn't be surprised if whoever designed this zone was familiar with BG as well.

Ok, for those of you that cant find Calydus (i had this) its due to hes on Follower mission, wait til hes out :)

Comentario de Knightmare1919

I can confirm that Calydus is only there when you do not have him out on a mission as follower. I had checked and he wasn't there. I then went to see if my missions had finished and he was one of the ones that was out and had just returned with mission loot. I went back to where it said he stands, and he was right there. (They just hot fixed it today 7-25-17. He will now be there for quest turn in even if he is out on a mission).

To get the reins, you need:

To have completed the class hall mount Legion quest chain from Broken Shore
Concordance (52 traits on your weapon, Ascensión de energía), and
Calydus must not be a combat ally or out on a mission.

If (like me) Calydus does not appear when you have just completed a mission, then leave the class hall, exit from game (for good measure I exited from Battlenet too) and then go back in. He should be standing next to Bulzan <Champion of the Dreadscar>, on the platform where you upgrade your weapon traits. The purple tint reins drop from Lord Hel'nurath on Broken Shore (either rare or elite).

This dude decides to betray the Legion, happily join Azerothian forces, and lead the Warlock "Champion" to victory step by step with some pretty intense hand-holding. He saves their life multiple times and singlehandedly comes up with a plan to successfully betray Gul'dan and save Azeroth. All as a harmless-looking little Wyrmtongue.

Hidden Savior of Azeroth right here. Calydus for President! Calydus for King!

In case you are coming to buy this mount now, he will be at his location if you don't have one of your artifact weapons with you.

Comentario de mkp0203

Yes, he sounds like Smeagol (Gollum)

Comentario de Snowheart

As others have already mentioned, it's true that Calydus wont appear if he is your combat ally or on a mission but he also wont appear if he is set to active in your class hall. If he still doesn't appear after deactivating him then try relogging as that's what I had to do.

Comentario de Vynathlon

As of 10.1.5, the quest to getting Ulthalesh is bugged; the 6th quest in the chain never spawns. As a result, Calydus never appears in the Dalaran Sewers to send you to the Dreadscar Rift, so you're locked out of Legion warlock questing.

Comentario de Sessp

Problem
You dropped the quest chain and now can’t find Calydus in Dalaran.

Solution
It might be the “wrong” Dalaran.
Use your Piedra de hogar de Dalaran (Warband (Collections --> Toy box) to teleport to the Legion version of Dalaran.
You’ll find Calydus in a sewer, as shown on the Wowhead map.

Comentario de Anumet

For those looking for Calydus during Lemix: He's in the Dreadscar Rift location NOT Dalaran.
