The Siege on Dragonbane Keep world event has no loot lockout and drops reputation and gear up to Item Level 385. This means you can keep farming it over and over again!

Siege on Dragonbane Keep
The Siege on Dragonbane Keep world event takes place every 2 hours in the west side of the Waking Shore. If you are in the zone (no tag required) when the final stage completes, you'll get:
50 reputation with the Valdrakken Accord
A special chest:

for the first clear containing bonus reputation and a high chance at a piece of loot.

for all subsequent clears containing bonus reputation and a small chance at loot.
Shard Hop for Multiple Completions
As this event has no lockout whatsoever, this means that you can clear Siege on Dragonbane Keep multiple times in the same cycle by Shard hopping getting anywhere up to 6 or 7 completions every 2 hours.
Initially, you want to find a shard that is full of players, the faster the completion the better. You may want to look in Group Finder for a raid.
When the first Siege on Dragonbane Keep completes, search Group Finder for another raid and join that one.
When that one completes, find another, and so on and so forth.
Doing this will get you anywhere from 3 to 7 completions, and the faster you move, the more reputation and rewards you get. As the
