Purchase Doggy Backpack Cosmetics from Friendly Gnoll in Dragonflight

Many new cosmetic items are being introduced in Dragonflight. One of them are doggy backpacks, sold by a Gnoll you befriend during a short side quest!
Dog Backpacks are unlocked once you complete a short adside quest in Iskaara that starts with the quest
Malandrines escurridizos
. This quest introduces you to Scaps, a Brackenhide Gnoll that has been separated from his tribe - Like all Gnolls, Scaps is initially hostile and threatens to eat the two Tuskarr kids that find him, Neelo and Nau, but as he is a cub, he poses no real threat.
The Tuskarr kids ask you to gather some fish for Scaps, as they believe that Scaps is just acting out because he's hungry, and no one can resist some tasty, cold, raw fish! This request might have been out of naivety, but it works - Scaps devours the fish and loves it! At this point, Neelo and Nau's parents show up to rescue them. Norukk, the Tuskarr dad, allows them to keep Scaps in hopes he might turn into a good gnoll, but warns them of a gnoll's aggressive disposition when they grow up.
Nau: Come on out, lil guy! We won't hurt you!
Neelo: There's an abandoned gnoll cub right there! The poor little guy is starving!
Scaps: TASTY TUSKERS! ME EAT TASTY TUSKERS!!
Neelo: Well, okay, it wants to eat us. But don't worry, it's too weak to attack.

Scaps: HUNGY! SCAPS EAT TUSKERS!!
Neelo: No, but Scaps can eat this tasty fish!
Scaps: FEESH? WHAT'S FEESH?!
Hanu: Hanu: So this is where you two ran off to! What are you - oh!
Norukk: Now kids, we've talked about how dangerous gnolls are. He may look cute now, but when he grows up-
Nau: No, Ta, look! Scaps loves fish now!
Scaps: FEESH YUMMY! SCAPS EAT FEESH!
Nau: See, Ta? Scaps just needs fish! If we take care of him, he can be a good gnoll!
Norukk: ... Alright, we'll take him in, for now. But don't be surprised when he runs off or tries to bite you...
After this questline is completed, Scaps moves with Neelo and Nau's family in Iskaara, and is seen playing with the kids!
Scaps also offers doggy backpacks for players at Renown 28 with the Iskaara Tuskarr:
