PTR patch notes update

Cazador - Multidisparo and Disparo de distracción now have a 40 yard range, up from 35 yards.

Sacerdote - If the tooltip change is to be believed, it appears that the buff duration has been removed. This means that states will no longer expire after 1 minute and instead last indefinitely until cancelled or changed.

: The points have changed from 10 to 0.
