Diablo Charms in WoW
By defeating Treasure Goblins, players have a chance of obtaining charms. Simply by holding these items in your inventory, you'll get a small bonus to your stats. These buffs seem small enough that this might be intended and would mark an exciting crossover event before Diablo and WoW -- otherwise it doesn't feel like there isn't too much to the event.

Primary Stats
These provide you with 100 Primary Stat, slightly more than a

Other Buffs
The two important ones here seem to be the Stamina one and the 12k mana one for healers.
There appears to be a bug right now due to class interactions that Paladins, Shamans and Druids are getting 60k mana from it because of a 5x multiplier to their mana pool when swapping to healer spec. Thanks to Theun and Guiltyas for the information.
