All Known Knowledge Point Profession Treasures Located

As of now, the locations of all 57 previously known and datamined static treasures that yield +3 Profession Knowledge for Crafting have either been located, or the method of finding them has been fully determined! These are only for those +3 Profession Knowledge treasures for crafting that have predictable locations; we do not know of any that exist for gathering professions.

Engineering Treasure -

This was located in the Waking Shores at /way 49.09 77.54, north of the Dragonscale Basecamp flight point. It's out in the open on a ledge. Click the three exposed wires to loot the treasure. Since this is literally half of the known Engineering treasures available, this was a very important find.
Enchanting Treasure -

was causing some headaches because it appears to be inside a mountain. The trick is to touch the side of the mountain at the correct spot, /way 21.56, 45.54. A lootable chunk will appear.
Inscription Treasure -

This one was complicated by an apparent early bug; it was showing up in the Little Scales Day Care sandbox in Valdrakken, which is where the Inscription treasure

is supposed to appear. Do not loot the
Runa de Tierra palpitante
from the sandbox!
Its correct location was found in the Waking Shores at /way 67.87 57.96. It's in the Life Vault Ruins inside a crumbled building, behind a table with a slab of rubble on top. To be safe, loot this one before going to visit the sandbox in the day care area, since this bug is not yet resolved.
Jewelcrafting Treasure -

This one requires some camera work. It's in Thaldraszus at /way 56.91 43.72, down inside a vase under a plant, so you'll need to turn your camera to a top-down view to see it. Some players have reported this isn't showing up with War Mode turned on.
