I'm not sure why the page says "This item only drops in Normal 25 mode." I won it in 10-man normal so you can get it there too.

If you always use this trinket at the beginning of the fight with holding %1-2 mana gap for regen;
It will give you 899 constant spirit at 0 upgrade.
It will give you 933 constant spirit at 1 upgrade.
It will give you 969 constant spirit at 2 upgrades.
With the best chance of proccing,

will give you 1315 constant spirit at 0 upgrade. But there is always a chance of losing proc ( ICD with 105 seconds) if your mana is full.
But don't forget that you can coordinate on use trinkets with Mana Tide totem which is a superior thing with doubling your spirit gain.
Damn useless mana tide :P

Got this from trash just before Elegon. Nice amount of spirit, I like the on-use trinkets because I can save them for when I actually need them. I usually pop mine with innervate and a mana potion, and I usually go up about 100k mana.
