Another wolf-horse. You can never have to many of those.

Currently a Orcos Lobo Gélido rep mount. Requires exalted.

Will set you back 300 Cristal apexis (a new Draenor currency obtained from drops and a few quest rewards) and 3,000 gold.

Sold by Beska Colmillograna in Ashran for 5000 gold and 5000 Cristal apexis - requires Exalted with the Orcos Lobo Gélido.

I was excited for a brand new Frostwolf, but seeing a screenshot of a brown wolf made me sad.

Edit: after the beta, I come back to this page, to see the wolf is now more of an actual Frostwolf, now I am happy

Well, I guess I can care less about getting the Kor'kron wolf before WoD now.

Comentario de Banarosh

I think the screenshot might be incorrect for this mount....That looks like the Ironside Wolf from the Laughing Skull faction. The Swift Frostwolf is white and unarmored as i'm checking it out in the mount tab on the PTR.

No faction/races restriction so far for this mount, despite being sold only by Horde-aligned faction (Frostwolf Orcs).

Edit: they changed it from beta. Now has faction.

Comentario de IMissThottbot

The Swift Frostwolf (saddled, unarmored, which this page refers to) IS restricted to Horde, according to the in-game mount panel.

HOWEVER, the Armored Frostwolf, a Garrison level 3 Stables reward achievement for defeating 36 mobs with a particular debuff on you, rewards an "Armored Frostwolf" that is NOT faction-specific.

Is this the same size as the Garn, Kor'kron, and vicious wolf, or is it the size of the ironside and Trained snarler? I don't like the size differences.

Hello, i finally have the mount after 4 days of farming and i am very dissapointed of finding out the mount size is almost the size of a hunter pet, comparing this mounts size to Garn Nighthowl is a joke, i really hope Blizzard fixes this, really a nice looking mount with a special color.

My main is a horde toon and is exalted with the Frostwolf Orcs. I purchased the mount reward from the quartermaster and several weeks later I got on my alliance alt to grind Council of Exarchs rep for the achievement. When I went to visit the quartermaster, I found out that the mount the CoE quartermaster gives is transferable with the one from the FO.

I know this happens with the horde/alliance faction mounts, but I did not think it would happen in this case. Regardless, you only need to spend gold/apexis crystals for one mount here, but you'll need to grind both factions for the achievement.
