Any idea why the goggles are so low in item level in comparison to the epic crafts in LW/BS/Tailoring? Even with upgrade levels they're far behind.

I find it odd that Engineering gear, like Shrediron's Shredder, is BoP; while most Blacksmithing, Leatherworking, and Tailoring gear is BoE.

If I want that transmog look for my Hunter, he'll have to switch to Engi. Hmm.

Walter and GUM-E were mentioned a while ago as non-engineering versions of Jeeves and MOL-E. Have these been removed?

Let's hope we get a few new things to make in each new patch rather than what happened in MoP where we had to wait until 5.4 for something new.

Currently the BoP helms and gun are not a part of the "Warlords Crafted" set. As such Engineers can equip six pieces of crafted gear (helm, gun, 3 other pieces and the cape) while everyone else is limited to 4. If that's not a "profession combat perk", I don't know what is.

At the moment there are only the following goggles:

Mecagafas cibergenéticas - Intellect mail
Mecagafas de visión nocturna - Agility leather
Mecagafas de plasma - Intellect cloth
Mecagafas de guardiafilado - Intellect plate

HOWEVER there is also an item called Delicado montaje de Didi which looks like it might be used to make these goggles useful for other classes (eg. agi mail, str plate).

If so, it's a bit of a pain that eg. hunters, need to use another 60 gearspring parts to make the goggles suitable for their class.

I haven't tested this yet (too busy trying out all the other gadgets and battle pets) but I'll update when I've had a go.

It seems that recently all of the scopes have been modified to last 12 seconds and give 750 of their respective stats. Which is good, I was concerned we'd be stuck with Hemet's Heartseeker regardless of what we needed.

I know that there's no Mastery active in WoD for alchemists, wondering if the same holds true for Engineers (and if it is just for WoD content or if everything is going to be opened up).

Interesting because of the upgrade slots I might pick up engineering for my hunter and drop skinning. So two crafting professions.

So my main toon has engineering as his profession(and enchanting but there's neither here or there). Is there really any advantage to having an engineering garrison, besides the extra cooldown on the gearsprings? Will I be able to craft everything with my profession or would I need a garrison too?

While some of the new pets are great and the whole upgrading looks brilliant, I can't believe they've dropped/missed out the engineering basics like rocket boots and glider on cloak.
Engineering was all about fun gadgets (that sometimes blow up in your face). Sadly this looks to no longer be the case :(.

Hopefully we'll still be able to use the MoP rocket boots.

In WoW professions we now buid items that can rival the raid drop items and are far better than the dungeon drop items. They start small and can be made bigger and bigger. They all are created with what is called a <Random Enchantment>. We even craft items to take another roll at the <Random Enchantment> on the gear. The random enchant includes 2 of the secondary stats (giving us a measurable chance or RNG). Items for the Back (cloak), neck, neck, finger(ring), weapon, and shield, have a greater number of possibilities than other armor items, because they can contain the secondary statistics of Bonus Armor and Spirit (fortunately they do not include the combination of both those statistics ;-).

All of the items have a name in the form of "<ItemName> of the <RandomEnchantComboName>". If you click on the <RandomEnchantComboName> link, it will take you to a chart with all the possible names and combinations. I wish I could add a picture here.

Examples:
"Escudo de acero forjado of the Guileful" would have Critical Strike and Bonus Armor as the <Random Enchant>
"Coraza de veracero of the Harmonious" would have Mastery and Versatitility as the <Random Enchant>
(I think I threw up a little bit there)

Most Armor Items:
As we see from this graph, the number of possible <Random Enchantments> for most armor items will be 10. So, you have a 1 in 10 (1/10 or 10%) possibility of getting just the mixture of statistics you want.

Cloaks, Necks, Rings, Shields, Weapons:
These items have an additional 2 statisctics added to the normal 4. The added statistics, as mentioned earlier, are Bonus Armor and Spirit (Tank and Healer statistics, respectively). Fortunately there is no combination of both Bonus Armor and Spirit (ever here of teats on a boar hog?)

Only weapon types intended for a healing class will have the possibility of Spirit, and only weapon types intended for a tanking class will have Bonus Armor. Weapons intended for both, will have the same chances as all the jewelry, cloaks, and shields. So if it can be enchanted (by enchanting) or is a shield, it fits in this class of item.

So your chances of getting the perfect necklace with just the right two secondary statistics is 1 in 20 (1/20 or 5%). I am not certain whether Bonus Armor and Spirit have the same chance of being included. If they are given a single chance and then chosen between the two, then your chance for an item with perfect statistics not including Bonus Armor or Spirit would be 1 in 15 (1/15 or 6.67%).

I would list here all the values associated with the <Random Enchantments>, however they vary depending on the slot and material. They also vary with the level of the individual wearing or looking at them.

There you have it. All the possible names and combinations. All items of the same level contain the same amount of statistic, such as "54 Critical Strike" and I have not seen a crafted item with a double a statistic (only one statistic but twice the value).

At max skill, this is replaced with Partes de amortiguador, which lets you create 10 Partes de amortiguador and has the convenient catch-up mechanism allowing you to skip several days and do several transmutes on the same day.

What exactly is meant by "catch-up mechanism allowing you to skip several days and do several transmutes on the same day?"

I've hit 700 engineering, but I still can only make 10 with a daily cooldown.

My biggest grudge with the new items is that before, I could simply tinker my gear and attach the speed boost on my belt and the goblin glider on my cloak.

NOW, I have to keep all the tinkers on my bags, I got used to use both the glider and the boost all the time, NOW I have to lose 5 slots of bag space if I wanna keep 100 gliders - YES, because they only stack to 20.

Not to mention that the speed boost is completely GONE.

Im having trouble here. i decided to drop a gathering prof on an alt, as i had 2, so i dropped herbing kept mining and picked up engineering. i did this at 3/4 the way thru lvl 91. now i cant seem to find the plans for the prof building, i went to warspear and got the scroll for draenor engineering. the plans NPC still wanted the book not gold to buy a plan. so i have been killing mobs for 2 hours in frostfire and no drop of the burned gun or such whatever the part is, i quit out of WOW and relogged, still no drops, the garrison is still lvl1 with a small spot clear for this prof building, but i have no plans. what do i do from here? im going mad! haha.
any help/ideas greatly welcomed ty.

One still has to make all mounts for oneself with a new engineer, so how do one change the orientation between Gnomish-Goblin / Goblin-Gnomish for the engineer without loosing all basic knowledge one has learned from the first orientation?

I just picked up a whole bunch of Suministros goblin while running the Assault on Lost Veil Anzu. What are they used for? They are BoP, so I can't send them to my engineering toon that I have yet to lvl to WoD... so, what gives?

Saqueatrón de Findle is one of the best items for running old raids and dungeons. Use it with Keybind + Auto Loot macro and you will finish much faster.

Auto Loot macro has the same effect as combo but you can skip the "search" - "move close" - "right click" parts. You can loot all items to your backpack only with a keypress.

Copy / Paste macro for every class:
