Disolvente volátil - has triggers when the cooldown reduction activates, granting the following buffs for 2 minutes depending on the enemy type which can be a very significant boost; but obviously requires corpses to be available so isn't always useful. It also always grants the Humanoid Mastery buff whenever Modelar carne is cast:

Aberration: 5% Armor

Beast: 2% Agility

Demon: 5% Stamina

Dragonkin: 2% Critical Strike

Elemental: 2% Magic damage dealt

Giant: 5% Physical damage dealt

Humanoid: 120 Mastery

Mechanical: Magic damage taken reduced by 5%

Undead: Recover 2% of max health when killing an enemy.

Masticadores rechinantes - has some niche M+ applications, or in encounters with frequent enemy deaths but unlikely to outpace a third Potency slot.

Erupción de pústula - assuming you channel Modelar carne this can be an ok trait that does some good damage, but requires using it on cooldown to really get good value out of alongside interrupting your rotation to do so, making it awkard to capitalize on.

Ensueños de forjanato - the best opening trait available that comes with no conditional requirements due to the power of Agility for classes in Shadowlands, and even has extra benefits should you die in an encounter that can be doubled up with Reencarnación.

Arsenal de Heirmir: gema de tuétano - gives a huge burst of extra damage that will frequently align with burst windows, but still struggles to keep up with a third Potency due to the synergies available to Necrolord elsewhere.

Ojo de tallador - grants a large stacking Mastery buff with a short duration, but requires targets to be above 90% and also can't re-proc from the same target for well over the duration of the effect. Given that one of the strongest parts of Necrolord is now funnel damage making use of extra adds appearing in a situation, and the boost this gives to our opening Oleada primigenia cast, this is an extremely useful trait.

Equipo mnemónico - normally execute effects are powerful but the tuning on this makes it worse than other options that just give the same bonus all the time, so unfortunately this is quite forgettable.
