Has Frost, Life, and Storm Relic slots

Grants the Regalo de Sheilun ability, which is a single target that grows in power based from the last time you cast it.

While in combat, a mist cloud will spawn every 10 seconds. Only 12 mist clouds can be used for Regalo de Sheilun.

Have some way to track this buff and try to be near allies when it expires to make the most of the aoe heal at the end.
