This is a post for players who really don't care about the pve enviroment and are just in for PvP. but wow is made so you can only reach high pvp if you geek pve. and thats is why some buy items on the next. to get around PvE nerds:)
If you're good at PvP - you'll get good PvP-gear - It's that simple. Being decked out in PvE-gear helps, but you'll still get ripped apart by PvP-geared people, regardless of skill (to an extend).
define: nerd, geek - it's not a mean word - but a word that describe a person who is very deeply and skilled into something:)
Good thing that you wrote that, because otherwise it would really sound like you were saying it in a negative tone.

Borderline point (which works across the board for both PvP and PvE): Gear does not equal skill, and gear doesn't make you a better player.
