Missing/Lost Heart of Azeroth

I recently starting playing again after several months and just realized I don't have my Heart of Azeroth. After looking online I've seen it said this can't be sold or destroyed. I had it before and know I completed the quests to obtain it and I've leveled it up before months back with azurite. Not sure where to find it as I've already looked repeatedly through my bank, extra bags in the bank bag slots, void storage, and even glanced in the guild bank. How have others recovered this?

Same thing happened to me, I have just returned after being away for about 7 years. Blue said to go to Org to Seeker Ke'rath <Purveyor of Forgotten Legends> which is near the transmog station but he does not have the necklace. And I have looked in ever bag and bank.
