Bloodied Arcanite Reaper << This
Toss in the heirloom trinket that gives you back 2% health per kill. Too lazy to look it up.

I'm using the Bloodied Arcanite Reaper with Crusader enchanted on it while leveling my warrior. Not only does it provide a nice strength buff but it also provides a little heal when it procs. Not sure what the actual rate of proccing is but it seemed when I was leveling pre level 60 it was every mob.

My warr alt is using the Reforged Truesilver Champion with Crusader on it (simply because i got lazy after farming badges/seals for the chest and shoulders ^^;) I do, however, plan on hopping in and out of BGs when i get sick of questing.
If you're worried 'bout not being able to self heal, def use Crusader and consider grabbing one or two of the heirloom trinkets:
This.
Could also take a profession whose sidekick would be herbalism for the mini-heal. (alchemy/inscription).
Lifeblood.
((btw, haven't worked on my warrior since getting my pally to 80, so please don't kill me if haste is bad for them or something. Mine is only lvl 15 so i have not yet done research on things like haste since it won't matter for some time.))
edit: added link for lifeblood.

Swift Hand of Justice
:)
Thank you.
And faceofwind made mention of the Crusader enchant and herbalism; I HIGHLY recommend them.

I think haste is one of those stats like hit and crit where it is useful for all classes in one way. Essentially what that trinket will do for melee is give them 2 extra melee hits for every 100 hits. Not a lot but it adds up over time plus the 2% health every kill is nice considering you will probably be asked to tank for groups most the time. I say grab the trinket especially considering the spot will be empty for a while. Hell if it's stackable and you have the emblems to spend why not grab 2 or em
Ah, thank you! Saved me some time poking around. ^_^
And so true that it would certainly beat out any other trinket you would get for quite some time otherwise.

In my experience leveling with heirlooms, I tend to like to gather all of them up before leveling, and what I'd suggest for a Warrior are the Polished Valor Shoulders and Chest, Bloodied Arcanite Reaper with Lifestealing, 2 Swift Hand of Justice, because the effects stack(Meaning you get 4% of max health back after each kill), and the thing most people often forget - the heirloom Gun or Bow. They add a little attack power and/or crit, I dont remember, even if you arent firing them.

Would definitely recommend Crusader over Lifestealing on weaps, but otherwise seems like good advice here.

Chant that chest with +4 stats until you can get a better one.
