Keybindings for Nostromo N52

It has come to the point where I want to play as efficiently as possible, I don't like using the keyboard and I've been using the nostromo for nearly a year.
For those who don't know what it is, it is this.

And here is a picture.

Now, my problem is that I've run out of buttons, I've resorted to putting spells I use on my task bar but I have to click on them which can be very annoying if I slip and I'm trying to used enraged regeneration or something but instead its flying all over the screen.
Here is a screenshot of what my interface looks like.

As you can see on the bottom right are spells that I must click, I'd prefer to be able to use the N52.
Here is how my keys are mapped.

Any help is appreciated

I also use the N52 but my keybindings and my UI is set up very differently from yours. I cant post a screenshot but this will hopefully make sense to those familiar with the N52.
I use the mouse to move. I click both buttons to move with autorun keybound for easy access. I turn with the mouse and I never strafe. So, I dont use WASD to move at all and none of these are on my Nostromo.
Also, I use a bar addon (currently Bartender 4) to display my main 14 buttons in the same way as the keys are set up on the Nostromo (2 rows of 5 keys and a third row at the bottom with 4). I have around 20 more buttons that are not keybound for stuff that HS, buffs, consumables and tradeskills and some macros.
I dont use is the Nostromo's thumbwheel (I find it inconvenient to use). I also dont use the color shifted states.
Since I dont use the Nostromo to move, my 4-way directional button is free for other functions. I have bound the West-direction on the 4-way to Ctrl and North to Shift. East is autorun and South is Jump. Bartender is set up to page (switch one bar for another) on both Shift and Ctrl. So I get 2 more sets for a total of 42 buttons. My West- and Northkeys are simply modifier keys. I like this because when I depress my modifier my original buttons return. I dont have to cycle-through or press a second time to return to my main setup.
My hands are a bit too big for the Nostromo and the uppermost row of buttons is the most comfortable to reach. So my main abilities are set up to these buttons. Secondary abilities on the row below and seldomly used abilities on the bottom row. I find it easier to access my top row with a modifier than using some of the buttons so I keep that in mind when I assign my spells and skills. I also try to organize skill similarly between characters so that, say, spellinterrupts or snares and such are on the same button (this helps a lot if you play more than one toon). Finally, I try to organize spells logically. My DK setup mimics the rotation so my fingers move from one button to the next. I have also tried to put spells and abilities with the same rune use on the Ctrl- och Shift-version of the same button. So, I have one button set up with Pestilence on normal and Blood Boil on Ctrl since they both use a blood rune.
Having Shift and Ctrl easily accessed by my left thumb works well with my mouse too: Ive tripled the keybindings I can assign to my mouse. With 2 wheels and three buttons my mouse gives me a lot of options. Mwheel up and down is for targeting. I also tend to put my CG limited abilities, potions, emergency things like safe fall and such. For pet-classes theres pet control and Ive also out all of my focus handling macros here. I have a total of three bars hidden (one standard and one each for paging with Shift and Ctrl respectively) for all this.
My firebutton is a bit to hard to press so I bind it to things that I dont use in most rotations. Currently use it for my mount. The broad thumbbutton I generally use either for stance/shapeshifting or some emergency ability depending on class.
Open bags and all the panels are all still on my normal keyboard. When I need those I rarely need to be ready to fight. This means I move my hand from the Nostromo to the keyboard in town and then back when its time to take care of business.
This works well for me, although Im always looking for improvements and Id be interested to see how others have chosen to set up their keypads. (Im interested in the Saitek and also the new Logitech G13 one.)

I would certainly try and set a button to at least one modifier, like ForzenFire said it will double your available bindings.
Also, if you have invested in a Nostromo maybe you should invest in something like an 8 button mouse, which would also give you more keybindings

I've been using a Nostromo to play WoW since launch. First the old N52, then the N52te, now the Razer Nostromo.
I cannot stress enough using the dpad for movement in conjunction with mouse turning. The mobility you gain is far superior to any key steering method. Strafing is absolutely key for tactics like Kiting, as you move as fast strafing as moving forward. Coupled w mouse turning, this allows circling a target while facing them, or running left while instant casting at targets on your right.
If you are using the n52te, you will need to disable the diagonals in the profile editor, and the dpad will behave as expected. The new Nostromo behaves fine out of the box.
Next, use several keys on the n52 for modifiers, as this multiplies the available keybinds. I use shift, ctrl, and alt on b01, b06, and b11. This allows for controlling up to 5 actionabars worth of bindings. Also, the modifiers can be used against the dpad, scrollwheel, and mousebuttons.
With this arrangement, any 5+ button mouse is sufficient.
