Apparently PC Gamer UK has an article revealing a bit more information on Cataclysm. One of the tidbits that they reveal:
"The goblins and worgen aren't the only ones to get story tidbits, though. We also learn a bit more about what the Horde's been up to. Garrosh is confirmed to be the new leader of the Horde. He's redesigned Orgrimmar, and has actually evicted all but the orcs and tauren from the center of the city, saying that only those two races are strong enough to defend it."
That brings us from 97% to 98% accurate on the original "leaked' information on Cataclysm. Now all we need is confirmation that Thrall is to be the new Guardian of Tirisfal and that Cairne is killed.
Somehow I would think these changes would go over like an acid-laced hash brownie with the Trolls, Undead, and Blood Elves, but I'm sure there will be some explanation as to why they don't up and leave.

No, just no. Thrall does not need to become the new Guardian, that is such a stupid arse idea that makes no sense in the Warcraft Mythos, as recent information about the Guardian reveals you need to be a "channeler" to use the power of the council properly.... and Thrall has never once shown that power.

Whoa there, I think you went logical for a moment... take a few deep breaths and calm down.
While you're doing that, tell yourself "This is World of Warcraft, logic has no place here..."/Sigh
I know, but I can still hope...

Oh, I didn't exactly say I wanted Thrall to be Guardian. Just that if they confirmed it, then MMOC would have gotten one more thing right with their leak.

Woah woah woah.
Whats Garrosh beef with the Trolls? I understand Blood Elves cuz they're lame and Undead cuz they're backstabbers but Trolls being kicked out of Org is going too far.
Plus where is Vol'jin going to go?

Actually, I'm a bit surprised myself at the trolls being evicted. However, the lack of Tauren eviction makes me wonder if he is really going to kill Cairn.

It doesn't for me. I read an idea on the comments of wow.com that has the grimtotems taking over thunderbluff (magatha becoming cheiftan). This happens becasue Magatha and Garrosh share the same violent issues. So she creates a plot that makes Cairne look like a traitor to the Horde or Tauren (he gets caught eating a hamburger?).
As for the Trolls, who knows how garrosh's mind works.

If they actually make a part of Org (somehow) not accessible to non-Orcs/Tauren I'm going to have a word with Blizzard.
"We don't like class-only quests because only a percentage of the playerbase gets to experience them.
Okay emo kids, back to Eastern Kingdoms. You're not allowed here. By the way, Trolls? You're leaving too. Out."
"But we have no capit-"
"
Out
."
Class-specific quests are bad because you have to roll a specific class to see them. But having to roll one of two specific
races
to see
your faction's capital
is fine?
It'd only make sense if they were to implement some sort of "attunement" where you prove your worth to Garrosh by killing some Super Saiyan Human captain in Durotar or whatever that grants you access to all of Org. He's brainless and violent yes, but this is pushing it.

Perhaps further down the line, Garrosh becomes a villain. Much like how Kael'thas, once prince of the Blood Elves, turned on a large portion of his race and fought them.
This idea ^
Garrosh is about to single handed undo everything the horde is. He's going to try and reshape it into 'that' horde that first formed, with every dark element within the horde coming to the surface, and all good parts of the horde pushed aside.
Knowing this now, it's gonna be hard to serve under any npcs following Garrosh without a bitter taste in my mouth. The horde is lead by the most brilliant orc in any story, period, and now he's about to have his position taken from him.
Death to Garrosh! For Warchief Thrall!

You know what I recon we're going to see are the split elements of the horde brought forward, showing the hordes dark side under Garrosh's rule.
Consider
Under Thralls rule:
- Frostwolf Clan
- Shamans and spiritualists
- Noble Bloodhoof Tauren
- Reformed Darkspear trolls
so on so on....
Under Garrosh's rule:
- Warlocks and burning blade cultists coming forward
- Grimtotem Tauren given power
- Apocalyptic image 'Only the Strong Survive'
- Warsong clan given power
Notice the rogue elements in the devided factors.
The next thing Garrosh would probably do is change the law with orcs back to killing newborns because there classed as 'weak'.
