Imo, arms is really good. Its reliant for leveling and does decent damage. Rend + lots of overpowers usually get the job done, but that's just me.

For fury its just bang bang boom, you hit what you can, whichever ability is up and when you have enough rage. for arms you gotta keep rend up .. need to watch for procs and go down a priority list, not worth it leveling.
And you can't "bang bang boom" with Arms? It's really easy. Do Rend once, use Mortal Strike and/or Slam, and Overpower when you can - and stay in Battle Stance naturally. Zoom on to next mob with Charge. No need for any priority there :)

Arms is good no doubt, but fury is what you wanna go when leveling. its got an easier rotation and you dont need to watch out for procs when dealing with random mobs while questing. For fury its just bang bang boom, you hit what you can, whichever ability is up and when you have enough rage. for arms you gotta keep rend up .. need to watch for procs and go down a priority list, not worth it leveling.
Wut? Fury for leveling? Without any hit rating you just suck while dual wielding, tested myself 3 days of arms and 3 days of fury, and while fury is still hitting one mob arms is already charging the next one. There's no competition in my opinion, and who says prot or fury is good for leveling never tried arms probably.

Personally, I think it's better to move through levels in the harder-to-manage arms tree than the button-mashing fury tree. Focusing on a more difficult rotation produces better warriors. It's not necessarily about how fast you can get to 80; it's what the player can accomplish at 80. And when people take the "easier" road while leveling (believe me, I know that if they wanted the easy road they would have just rolled hunter, hence the quotes), we get the player you could have sworn just bought their account online.
If you're a first time warrior, take pride in your class and make the effort to learn it.
It's like people who level dps with the intent of going prot at 80.
"Hey, I've got a full saronite set and I've never tanked before, but I've seen a lot of people do it. Can I join your Naxx group?"
No, junior. No you can't.
Missing old days pre-wotlk where warriors had no aoe, thunderclap was hitting only 3 mobs and you had to use sunders to get threat....so much fun without CC in Shattered Halls *sigh*
Nowadays every noob can tank with a warrior :(
And no, arms isn't hard, it just requires you to think before you use any skill.
