Brann Bronzebeard Hotfixed and Stops Getting Experience at Level 15

Brann Bronzebeard has been hotfixed and can no longer go above level 15, but players who farmed higher than that previously still have their powerful Brann.
Delves Overview
Brann Bronzebeard gains bonus 5% bonus damage/healing for each level past 10. Many players are using Early Access to level up Brann Bronzebeard to prepare for higher level Delves. However, in a recent hotfix it seems like experience might be (temporarily) capped for Brann as no further experience is gained once he reaches level 15.
Considering Tier 4+ delves don't open until Season 1 starts, this sets a good goal for players -- get Brann to Level 15 before Season 1 begins on September 10th!
However some players decided to multibox and unlike many other Warband systems, Brann experience can be gained on multiple accounts at a time. This has given them a large lead in Brann levels with some being level 50+ or even capped at level 60.
This hotfix has capped everyone else at level 15, preventing players from catching up to others who are already ahead.
