Werewolf Tornado Druid Primary Skills and Rotation

(5/5)
Tornado is our main source of damage and the button we are pressing the most by far. It's used so often that one really could just press Смерч and do rather well until the hardest content possible. We're healing as we use this ability through various synergies and powers, as well we're also getting our largest chance to apply the Vulnerable status. Even comes from simply using Смерч.

The downside is that this ability is Spirit intensive, resulting in the build being rather resource-starved early until we can find all the proper gear pieces and rolls with our Greater Affixes and Masterworking criticals.

(1/1)
Rage should ideally be used for the first time when engaging our first Elite pack, from there one may use it off cooldown since it's so important to our overall gameplay. Having Ярость гризли active is our first step in getting the build fully online as dramatically helps with our Spirit costs. Typically, we try to stay in Rage as often as we possibly can due to this reason. It's giving us a huge damage boost too, making it incredibly powerful.

Once we're at the absolute hardest content possible, it's often best to wait for Ярость гризли to be active before engaging enemies. Although the wait isn't long, there are some rare moments where the cooldown has a few seconds left to tick between packs.

(1/5)
Next, we have another ability we're able to use quite often since our modifier reduces the Cooldown based on kills. Since we mow down enemies quickly, Blood Howl resets quickly when clearing non-boss enemies.

You'll want to use this one-off cooldown so we keep the Attack Speed from our chosen modifier rolling, and the extra healing keeps us topped off should we need another source of healing outside of what we passively have. Howl also activates for a huge chunk of Damage Reduction.

(1/5)
Since we're almost always close to enemies, Hurricane will generally be affecting whatever we may be fighting. This is largely another defensive ability since whatever it is touching causes us to take less damage from them. The slow it offers doesn't do a whole lot for us since we're constantly applying a slow through and .

Save it for groups of Elites or during a very large pull.

(1/5)
We get all of our damage from Смерч alone, so we take another defensive! Ураганный доспех is mostly attractive for the Damage Reduction it provides, although it may be pressed in a panic moment to push enemies away so we can run off and recuperate. Often, this skill won't require a press but it is there should we need it.

(1/5)
Finally, we have Storm Strike, which is mainly another defensive. Depending on the content one can either use this rarely, or every few seconds since it passively provides Damage Reduction, and we're able to run Аспект мощи because of it. It can be used for Spirit generation too since early-game we're somewhat resource-starved. So instead of running in circles waiting for Spirit, we have a basic we can use.

Keep Удар бури with the rule, "If it hits hard, then strike it down." Meaning, that if you're doing content that can actively kill you quickly due to its damage, then use it often.

We're already going to be Critically Striking almost always, however, the multiplier here is quite large, and when the enemy becomes injured then this multiplier really becomes massive - helping us finish fights quickly.

Werewolf Tornado Druid Passive Skills

(3/3) - We're getting a slight boost here, and we need points to reach the next passive.

(3/3) - We can easily negate the increased Spirit costs with gear, giving us a free multiplier to our damage.

(3/3) - Since we're always close, we're constantly gaining an increased Critical Strike Chance.

(3/3) - Speed is the name of the game, this solidifies that passion.

(1/3) - Our most flexible passive. If we're lacking resistance then we can take points from elsewhere and place them here to help hit our 70% caps.

(1/3) - One point gives us another source of Vulnerable as any more don't offer enough value for skill points.

(3/3) - When we use Ураган, we want to make the most of it so an increased duration is quite potent towards our survivability.

(1/3) - We apply poison constantly so this passive gives us a crowd control source and leads us to even stronger passives.

(1/3) - Our main way to apply poison, thus only one point since the poison itself is not dealing significant damage, rather syngerizing with things which require a poisoned target.

(3/3) - Such as this, with the enemy being poisoned we gain a large multiplier.

(3/3) - Nothing fancy, just a decent multiplier so it's valuable to max out.

(2/3) - Healing is our main defensive, so a boost to that is wonderful to have.

(3/3) - We're gaining another small multiplier here, but a multiplier nevertheless. Still, it's a flexible passive that we could take points out of if they were needed for something else.

(3/3) - Another multiplier! How lovely! We're able to constantly activate the condition here through mainly gearing.

This build is so messed up, trample is listed as a main skill then in the description it says debilitating roar is a main skill. In the skill tree it is trample, it doesn’t say to put any points into roar, this doesn’t make much sense. And this is the S tier? Cmon man, get it together. Not going to use this build, switching to icy veins buddy
