Breach Neltharion’s secret laboratory hidden within Zaralek Cavern. It is here that he created the dracthyr and ultimately succumbed to the whispers of the Old Gods and their corruption.

Players will face nine new raid bosses in an effort to thwart the incarnates as well as Scalecommander Sarkareth, whose forces seek to claim the legacy of the dracthyr.

While Earth magic is often represented with light brown / gold colours, the light-ey-ness of Iridikron's magic seems to dial that up by a huge notch. Instead of re-shaping the Earth like we see from Black Dragons, Shamans, or the Hammer of Khaz'goroth, he makes the cave-in glow with golden light first before exploding it.

The Ice and Fire Incarnates dispatch Neltharion's guards in typical ice/fire ways, while Iridikron lifts them and vaporizes them with golden arcs of lightning. He also glows incredibly bright yellow while using that magic, very similar to how Light magic is depicted ingame. The cutscene focuses extensively on Iridikron's glowing golden hand several times. And if you listen closely, you can hear the high-pitched "sparkly" chiming sound that Priest / Pally holy spells make, similar to what Anduin's Wake of Ashes cast sounded like in the BfA cinematic.

The Ice and Fire Incarnates dragonforms look very similar to their Ice and Fire Protodragon World Boss counterparts, while Iridikron's model compared to the Earth Protodragon World Boss looks like an Earth dragon blown apart / held together by golden lightning (which suspiciously glows in his hollow chest and on his hand in visage form).

The Primal Earth enchantment/illusion from Dragonflight shows that Primal Earth powers are light brown, not bright yellow lightning. We have been to Deepholm, the Elemental Plane of Earth, before and it isn't a place of golden lightning. So the power of Iridikron and his followers seems to come from an alternate source of magic, not purely from the Earth.

Fyrakk went to empower himself using the Molten Fire and came out infused with Shadowflame. This tells us that the Molten Fire is most likely infused with Old God energy. The origins of this seem to point toward the Zaqali and there connection to the primal powers. It even states in the dungeon journal that Rashok was being used as a syphon to power the crucible and that the Zaqali bargained with the Primal Incarnates.
