This is a bad decision based on yesterday's stream them saying that they don't care if pvp is balanced / fair.
They'll need to add big rewards if they expect anyone to hardcore pvp.

This sounds extremely stupid if it's anything like D3 where variance in stats and synergies is so high that one item can give you a 10x in dmg or survivability...How about some middleground, like "you can't play that character for 24 hours after dying in PvP" ?
