If you are level 70 and can do a dungeon of level 73s in 3 minutes and a dungeon of level 78s in 3 minutes 20 seconds, the 78s are still going to be more efficient because they naturally just give more xp.

I've got two aspects for talents, the one that makes Blood Surge echo and the one that makes Blood Lance hit additional targets, and most if not all of my gear is boosting the right stats, skills, and gems are in sockets and enchants are placed as well (mostly from codices, I'm saving aspects for higher level gear).

Regardless, I frequently have 5–10 minute fights with _individual_ elite mobs, so when I'm in a Nightmare dungeon where there's an elite around every corner, it takes forever to clear. But, both shadow and bone based builds for the Necro had me dying many, many times per dungeon, so I switched to an ultra-tanky, but evidently very slow blood build.

I guess I don't mind all that much, really. I just had no idea that they could even be that fast for others. I mean, the I cleared the Temple of Rot stronghold last night and it took me almost 2 hours just to do that content!
