Existing Uniques Nerfed in Diablo 4 Season 9 PTR

With the news that Blizzard is rebalancing many affixes in the upcoming Diablo 4 Season 9, players can expect changes to Unique items that are related to the changes as well. Focusing on things such as Overpower and Basic Skills, many changes will have ripple effects through the itemization of Aspects and Uniques alike.
Blizzard also conducted tuning passes on existing Uniques, nerfing many of them to correspond with the overall changes - take a look at all the changes below.
