Well, health and damage cap in this PTR may and should and will be capped at around 2,147,438,647, if it were to exceed the limit, then it would overflow to -2,147,438,648. That may be the 32-bit signed float int to avoid overflow just like in World Of Warcraft and Final Fantasy XIV.PTR shows players having around 5k health. But it will be reduced after it is officially released on Vessel of Hatred.
