You will receive a quest called Echo of Hatred in your quest log, which signals that you have met all the requirements to face “Uber Lilith.”

Start the encounter by accessing the Echo of Hatred and running to the end of the dungeon.

Echo of Lilith Strategy and Tips in Diablo 4General Advice

The Echo of Lilith encounter has changed several times since Diablo 4’s launch; the last time this was updated was in Season 8. As of right now, a lot of Lilith’s mechanics are either deadly by themselves or add a debuff that will increase the damage of all Blood Orb abilities.

One key equipment advice, the more Movement Speed you have, the easier it will be to run away from Lilith's Blood or Void Orbs (which count as Blood Orbs in terms of the main debuff).

Good Movement Speed options are Boots or Amulets with the Movement Speed Affix. An even better option would be Boots with the Tumbling implicit modifier, which grants a massive 100% Movement Speed after Evading for one second.

A Defensive ability that gives you Immune (like Flame Shield) is a very handy tool to get out of sticky situations across all phases.

Use Elixir of Shadow Resistance II if you want to up your defenses in the fight against Uber Lilith, as she deals mostly Shadow damage.

The secret behind completing this encounter is to not get hit by Lilith's most important abilities. This may sound trivial, but you should deal enough damage to be able to focus on your movement in order to complete this fight. We strongly advise you to engage Lilith on Torment 1 if you’re only out for the Resplendent Spark she’ll drop after a first kill.

Phase 1 (First Full Health Bar)

In general, you should always position yourself on the edge of the boss circle, if you can, to have as much room as possible to dodge mechanics..

Throughout the phase, Lilith will create Blood Blisters, spawning Blood Orbs around them. Stay away from the Blisters, kill them, and don't get hit by the Blood Orbs in the process, as they will add a debuff stack.

Towards the end of the phase, Lilith will spawn Oppressors to assist her. They have very low health, so getting rid of them should be no issue whatsoever.

Lilith will cast several wave abilities throughout this phase, like the Triangle Wave after she has gone up in the air. To avoid the inner spike blast, stay on the outer ring of the arena until she has landed, then immediately evade into her to avoid getting hit by the outer waves!

The two other wave abilities are Double Waves or Triple Waves. Try to evade them by moving into where the first wave went and then where the second wave went after.

Phase 2 (Second Full Health Bar)

Right at the start of Phase 2, Lilith will create 4 Blood Pools, spawning Blood Orbs at first. Evade them to avoid getting debuffs!

Throughout a set sequence in Phase 2, Lilith will destroy three parts of the boss platform: First, she will destroy the whole upper third of the platform, then she will destroy the upper right corner, followed by the upper left corner. When she starts to destroy a part of the platform, you must stay on it until the Blood Veins run through the remaining (intact) part of the platform. As soon as you see these veins disappear, move away quickly from the soon-to-be-destroyed part.

Throughout all of this, Blood Pools will constantly spawn Void Orbs. These orbs will fly towards you at high speed and deal extremely high damage, so you will have to evade them and constantly run away from them for the rest of the fight. This is where Movement Speed bonuses or Movement and Immune skills come in handy. If that already wasn’t enough, Lilith will also pull you towards her after a platform has been destroyed, so be prepared for that as well.

Move between platform parts and manage the Void Orbs while bringing Lilith down. Once her second Health Bar reaches 0 and all three platform parts are destroyed, you will have completed the encounter!

I started playing S4 last Saturday. Took a week of playing 6 hours a day, and tormented Lillith went down today. Hard, but my gear was terrible. Not resistance capped, 8/12 tempered on just weapons. Bash barb strong.

The other tormented bosses are a joke compared to lillith, but hang on in there ppl. If I can do it, so can you.

My journey:
Go in with Pit build and no research and get smashed. Don't make it out of phase 1. Learned how to (mostly) dodge mechanics, but it took foooreevvver.
Do some research. Learn that you need a specific kind of build specifically for bosses.
Get gear for new build.
Change character over to new build and try again.
MUCH better. I can get out of phase 1 with no stacks of debuffs.
Phase 2 eats me alive. Not even sure what's killing me.
I finally watch video on the fight, understand how the phasing works and what she does.
Go back in.
Phase 2 eats me alive for a couple hours.
Get frustrated, play alts.
Lilith haunts my sleep.
Go back in.

Farm for more movement speed and +speed% on evade.

Get boss to 1 health in p2, just have to dodge white @#$%ing dots, and just cannot. Another hour of frustration before giving up...entirely. I thought I was done.

Suddenly, white dots aren't so bad. Don't have to use immunity or evade. Biggest change was 1) starting p2 dance in the small circle in the top right, small step to avoid first white dot, then wait a second before running clockwise on outside edge until she transitions again. 2) Next dance in p2, start south of her, small step, then run clockwise again. 3) Then GET TO TOP LEFT for the toughest part of the entire fight: continuous white dots while she shears the platform. Don't panic. Keep your feet moving. Have enough passive movement speed to outrun.
Dead.

All in all, I hate dodging in isometric view. I hate the color choices for the telegraphed mechanics. Everything about the actual fight was frustrating and not fun. But. I did like that it takes a special build. I loved that I had to go farm for it. And it was rewarding to do it right. It takes some good moves in p2.

Never managed to kill this boss since day one. Now, after finally getting some top shelf items, I tried her and it was a good fight, I watched the video which is nice because I also have a Frozen orb sorc, with season 4 gear on, I wanted to say that I received two (2) resplendent sparks for killing her, first time on my account and this main toon. I am not sure if that was supposed to happen.
I received these rewards:
-Final Slayer of The First Mother
-Silence is Hellish
-Challenge reward (player titles) Lilith's, Doom
-Mount
-Reward Unlocked currency x1
-Reward Unlocked currency x1

I'm happy, now I have enough to make something.

What a ridiculous fight this is. Too random and deadly 1shot hazards being hard to see and to understand. Especially in a game like this - where you don't have a combat log, don't have an ingame journal with detailed abilities description like there is in world of warcraft. You gotta guess, google, read vague and way too long "strategies" and die a lot which is all frustrating

1) Don't get hit by the red spike waves in phase-1, they stack damage taken debuff on you for the rest of the fight. I could cheat that mechanic by killing her before she could summon the adds and any spike waves, with a bit of luck. Werewolf druid with a good burst spec. That did not change much though, as all the random 1shot wipes happen in p2 anyways
2) What's killing you in phase-2 is the fast flying little white dots. Dodge those. They don't chase you btw, they just move in a swirly pattern, you may find safe spots and sidestep. You may survive hitting 1-3 of these, but they stack damage taken debuff too, so it's going to be 1shot pretty much
3) In phase-2 just before platforms there are hard to see RED flying dots, they stack damage taken debuff, same as those above
4) You can't skip that white dots dance even if you kill her 2nd HP bar quickly, she becomes immune on the last 1% of HP, you gotta wait for all the 3 platforms to go down.

pretty meh rewards for all the wasted time. ugly horse which i'll never use. 1 resplendent spark. Yes, just ONE. Whoever said above it's 2, they are wrong, they must have gotten another one from some other source. So I can't craft anything yet. And a couple useless "titles" nobody cares about, among 200 other random title words. No unique items either.

Use Endurant Faith gloves if you are strong enough to blast the boss and are just having trouble surviving the 1 shots while she does all her phases at 1 hp

I just got to this quest for the first time. Been playing for abit over a week trying to finish the campaign but my game crashed every session. So I got some decent gear to play torment I without big issues. Then I got to this fight and died instantly. Why? I have no idea. I just ran in circles avoiding her melee attack. Stepping outside the circle also seems to be an instant death. No way I can live longer than 10 seconds in this fight with this unknown attack.

With coaxing from my wife I decided to try this fight again in Season 8 and I thought I'd try some other source for the battle strat, and read it here. Using a Crushing Hand Gorilla Spiritborn (230 paragon) I finally managed to do this fight solo! Thanks for the clear and concise description of the fight.

Terrible fight. This is the first patch somewhat worth playing in this awful game and you're telling me the main boss had a cheap one shot mechanic? And they haven't fixed it?
