Great write up. Great build. Only thing I'm a little confused on, is the "Ice Blades Enchantment" when referring to Frost Nova.

Is this something on gear, or another Aspect? Excuse my noobness, just don't want to miss a critical part of the build. Thanks again!

Great guide, been using this for the most part and it's really strong. I've done ok so far skipping Teleport and using ice blades instead. This lets you use Frost nova as an enchantment for extra frost nova procs. I'd probably go back to teleport once I get the legendary that gives you a second frost nova charge. Blizzard is a good option too

One other weakness are structures, like bone construct and walls, also unstoppable enemies, the only damage available is vulnerability, can't apply any chill or freeze, as for other builds can still apply burn, bleed, poison, and so on, as for this build, it'll take a long time dealing with the unstoppable elites and the butcher, the latter is tough with no barriers up
