Site not loading properly

Hey all, about a week ago I have not been able to access wowhead.com from home. I am posting this comment from work.

I can only load part of the homepage. The homepage I now go to has no functioning links. When I try to access a wowhead page from a google search, I encounter the same problem. I meant to get a screenshot to post, but I forgot to email it to myself from home.

The issue was not in conjunction with any windows updates. After completing windows updates, the problem remained unresolved. Does anyone have any thoughts on what the issue could be, AND how to resolve it?

Can't... play... WoW... without... Wowhead! :)

I have this issue sometimes as well, I usually just have different parts of the site bookmarked in case it happens so I can use the site still.

Best thing I can tell you to do is to clear your cache, but when I do it sometimes it does not fix the problem.

Unfortunately, this issue is the fault of our hosting provider. They haven't addressed the issue after repeated complaints from our staff, so we've been forced to migrate providers and take the issue into our own hands.

It's a very big process on our end, but we're as frustrated by the site display issues as you are and need to get this resolved. Patch 5.3 and unexpected Hearthstone data delayed this somewhat, but we've been testing Wowhead at the new server this week and it should be resolved soon.

That's really unfortunate that you have to resort to this. I'll look forward to the new hosting company. The interesting thing for me is that the issue seems to be based on my location. Not sure how that ends up being an issue with the hosting company, but I'm sure you guys have it figured out.
