7 Vasily's Prayer, 12 Insatiable Fury, 2 Mad Wolf's Glee, a handful of barb uniques for some reason, and 0 of these. If you were planning on doing a storm build at anything less than lvl 100 I hope RNG favors you... Not sure why they made this item nearly as rare as Harlequin Crest, but I guess they really don't want people doing this build.

Dont get salty but I had this drop on my first Nightmare dungeon completion on Torment level (Tier 21); Demon's Wake. It was one of the completion rewards. Im a Pulverize druid and i hate it so if this is good for a respec then sweet but I was hoping for something to help make Pulverize work. I am currently level 70. Its probably pure RNG and it is my first unique after opening scores of T3 Helltide chests and i have over 100 Legion event completions. The item is also level 70 and 800 item level.
