Meh, no worse then Mardi Gras. Also, my town had something like that lol; during a carnival type thing, there was an event on the river area, and one of the strippers from our local place, called the Kent Tavern, did a little show for a group of 12 year old's out back. Caused quite a stir, but mainly was just plain funny.

My question, for anybody appalled at her, is what makes public nudity any worse/different than running loud vehicles in public? If you're going to against one (from a legal standpoint), you really have to be against both.

Aye, she wasn't breaking a single law; Women can go topless here. The cops are the ones who didn't respond to her complaints about the noise, and she did something to wake up the parents.

Reminder that it's literally illegal to have pornography featuring small breasted women in Australia.

I'm not sure - I told him about it, but I don't think he's tried it yet. I believe that he hasn't accepted my Real ID request (presumably because it's not active on his account, and not just because he doesn't like me, since he was the one who tried to add me first :P), so I can only assume he hasn't done it yet. I'll remind him again tonight when I see him after work. I'll let you know if it works.

No specific reference, but it's one of the indications of 'child pornography'. A small breasted woman looks younger than an 'average' breasted woman, because she looks more immature.
